KTO Affiliates are not paying affiliates!

Hello,
I started cooperation with KTO affiliates on January 2019 - CPA deal. I generated 118 FTD for them - they paid me exactly for 0 FTD. I contacted with my affiliate manager Michael many times via Skype and email (proofs below on screenshots), he told me every month that my comission will be calculated and paid - of course they didnt pay.
I don't know how is it possible, that this type of affiliate program is PLATINIUM SPONSOR of GPWA

I have been waiting for my payment about 5 months! Avoid this program.

Hey I am glad your commissions were paid. I would really to contact with Michael regarding an affiliate matter, but I can not find his skype account. Could you share it? Thanks

Hello to everyone! We were also promoting KTO Casino via our website. Earned some commission, but when tried to withdraw it I was waiting for 4 weeks it being pending, then after receiving payment confirmation mail from their system I still do not see any payment phisycally reaching our Skrill account. Tried to contact them via contact form and skype. No answer.
Trully unrespectable affiliate programm - no communication, no payments, no sense in recommending it to others.

the person mentioned in post above you runs the program now and has been replying although I seem to have issues with their stats at the moment and they are supposed to be looking into it

Thanks for the insight! I tried to contact him actually throughout the last week, however did not get any feedback...well, will keep trying, but again - I think this is not the way affiliates should work.

@Gamblerush have you received any updates from the KTO Affiliates?
The only update I recieved is that Michael does not work at KTO Affiliates anymore :) He messegaed me today saying that! Well, again, I contacted him while he was still a part of KTO, where no response was given.
It is ridiculous to see how this brand is still a platinum member at GPWA with such an attitude.

We received the following email from KTO Affiliates regarding the new payment procedure:

"Dear Affiliate,

KTO, FL is happy to introduce a new payment process that will help to keep the communication with our Finance Department as smooth as possible and for you to get a realistic expectation about payment dates and previous Month.

From now on, all Invoices must be sent to affiliatepayments@mobilt.io by and no later than 10th of each Month.

Payment will be sent by 25th of the following Month. Why is that? The Finance Team needs time to close the financial Month and only then they can release the payments. While you are waiting for one invoice, the Finance department has to send hundreds of payments per Month. Furthermore, Marketing needs time do double check that all invoice amounts are corresponding with the amount Earned in the affiliate platform. Most of the time, we receive invoices with multiple earnings from more than one Month and this complicates the payment procedure quite a lot.

Here is what we Suggest:

Affiliate Name/Id; Brand; Reward type; Month; Amount


Please follow the following structure in your invoice, especially when you have multiple earning to insert under the same invoice. This will reduce a lot communication about payments and will make the payments run much faster.

Please refrain from sending payment message before 25th of each Month. We trust we can all adapt to the new procedure and start contacting the affiliate managers to discuss new opportunities.

So does that mean it takes 2 months or the best part off to get your comms? If that is their new payment system what was the old one like :p

I did all what was explained in their recent email (sent the invoice etc.) 10 days ago and still no feedback. I sent the emails to the above mentioned email but no feedback is received.
