50€ vs 5€ is quite a difference don't you think? Regardless, promoting irresponsible gambling is never ok. As you surely know, it's also against regulations. You do care about regulations and responsible gaming?

And indeed, I do believe that streamer like him are bad for business and give our industry a bad name. I'm far from being alone thinking so. If you read the ongoing discussions on Casinomeister for example, you will see that both he and a casino promoting his irresponsible gambling received quite a lot of critisism from players as well as fellow affiliates. It's funny though that you suddenly decided to join in promoting this particular streamer so eagerly.

no difference between €50 or €5 for me - huge money to bet per spin

speaking of It's funny though that you suddenly decided to join in promoting this particular streamer so eagerly - you need a reality check

it is the biggest twitch casino streamer by far and we are talking about twitch so he definitely doesn't need any kind of promotion especially at affiliateguarddog

Well, just because you can't afford a 5€ bet doesn't mean it's not a huge leap to go from 5€ per spin to 50€. I'm sure most people would agree it's a massive difference. And I'm not sure he's the biggest streamer when in fact he quite shamelessly uses view bots. You can't be sure about anything when it comes to scammers, can you.

You are making too many assumptions out of thin air
Of course no one can be sure how many bots streamer uses (or not uses at all).
Problem is - we don't know if Casinodaddy (2nd biggest twitch casino streamer) doesn't uses viewbots too, right?

So when you want to give an example of successful twitch casino streamer by your logic you can't name anyone - cause maybe they are using fake money and viewbots or both combined.

That's why I just look at the raw numbers of viewers and casino deals and point out that Roshtein is the biggest and most succesful twitch based streamer/affiliate.

All I'm saying - Twitch is for sure great place to get casino traffic and that's is true.

Stop deraling thread with your hate.

Having been part of the streaming community for over 3 years, I know quite well what's going on and the history of particular streamers. I know all about his Multilotto days streaming for a casino that was known to offer fake money to streamers. Promoting shitty brands with only one developer on offer, doing 50€ bets all day long, every day. Yeah right.

If you choose to see it as "hate", then so be it. It's true that I hate scammers. There are plenty of decent streamers out there, Rosthein is not one of them. It's thanks to naive people like yourself that he is allowed to grow on the expense of honest people.

Ok, I've been closely following twitch casino streaming community since casinotwitcher started to stream in 2015

now please tell me your twitch channel address and also please name those several "decent streamers"

Chipmonkz, Letsgiveitaspin, rexborgersen. There are plenty of good streamers with great reputation promoting reputable casinos with responsible bets. If you've been following the streaming community since 2015 you should know better than anyone what Rosthein has been up to, which makes it even more disturbing.

Roshtein is a notorious fake money streamer, streaming on crappy brands and for using viewer bots. Nothing to look up to in my opinion. He is the equivalent of affiliate site owners pushing shitty off-shore casinos.

Not a chance in hell even half of them are real viewers.

Are view bots still a thing? They heavily infected the online poker streams for a while. However, some of the top abusers got called out and ultimately I believe Twitch stepped in and took action.

I suppose I was kinda of the opinion that Twitch had gotten much better at detecting view bots and shutting down sponsorships, giving infractions, etc. Perhaps I am incorrect :(

50€ bets per spin day in and day out.

So lets do some math.

The range on most online slots is a 2-15% house edge. Let us be conservative and say he plays slots with an average house edge of 5%.

He is betting 50 Euro per bet with a negative expectation of 5% per spin.

I know that people can do 400 spins per hour sometimes. I really don't know how much time off he takes for streaming and what his average spins per hour are, so I will choose two numbers here. 120 spins per hour, in case he mostly streams and only spins only 2x per minute and 240 spins per hour, double that which I think is more likely.

50x0.05 = €2.5

So he loses 2.5 per spin in EV.

120x€2.5 = €300 per hour in -EV betting on the low end model.

240x€2.5 = €600 per hour in -EV betting on the higher end.

Say he streams 40 hours per week (again, I do not know other than you guys say he is a full-time streamer and spins all day, so I presume at least a 40 hour work week).

40x€300 = €12,000 per week in losses in low calculation
40x€600 = €24,000 per week in losses in high calculation

This comes out to -EV betting to the tune of €54,000 to €108,000 in expected losses per month.

There are affiliate businesses that make this sort of money and could pay that much in "advertising fees" or whatever. But damn. That seems like an extraordinarily expensive habbit.

Surely these casinos are zeroing out his losses for him?

Is he really making 54-108 € per month? Or rather, so much more than that that he can easily stomach the losses?

Seems crazy.

Yes view botting is still very much a thing. Ask any streamer out there. You can tell quite easily too. Genuine streamers with 1/5 of the viewers will have much more active viewers, etc.

And to me it doesn't really matter whether he's gambling with real money or not these days as A) he built his channel doing fake money streams B) his stakes are ridiculous and irresponsible and going to mess this industry up with even more regulations. Sooner than not we're going to have a max cap of 2€ ber stake thanks to guys like him

I don't have a lot of info on Chipmonkz but Letsgiveitaspin should be a scammer in your book - that LeoVegas employee in his chat admitting sponsored streams etc.

RexBorgersen is a friend of casinotwitcher and is almost clean - almost, he was getting special bonuses from Casumo regular player can't get and that mean he can stream longer, bet bigger not being afraid to lose a lot

I'm still waiting for your twitch handle

I said I was active in the community, doesnt mean I was streaming. Besides, I'm not obligated to provide you with anything, especially since you blatantly refuse to acknowledge something as basic that Rosthein is promoting irresponsible gaming. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if you're Rosthein himself

And if you known anything about streaming you know that ALL streamers get bonuses. They're open about it so no problem. Rosthen was never open about anything.
