Invitation to Join Blog?

I got this invitation to join blog when i log in. When I click it I see nothing and cannot get rid of it?

Any idea whats going on?

Ignore it. I have no idea what is going on, but this template has been buggy since the designers never finished it

The vBulletin 4.x version is coming out soon (yes, I know I have said this before). It is set to be delivered on the 10th (2 days!) and then I will work to set a time for implementation/changeover.

Then that will go away
