Help Needed - It's too Big and Out of Control!

I began a casino affiliate website as a hobby. Something to occupy my mind whilst I was unemployed. Now it has become too big and I lack the expertise and resources to adopt all my time to it. I need help and I am not ashamed to admit it! I don't really want to sell but I would be interested in a partnership with (preferably a UK-based) affiliate who has the know-how and the resources to take on a project and help it grow. More than happy to provide details for anyone interested to chat about this or simply receive advice.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. The issue is that I am administering this site all on my own and I lack the expertise in certain areas to make it sing. I simply at this time cannot do everything that is required to make this a success in the time I have available. I guess that I am looking for a partner/investor/mentor to help me out.
