Grand Prive is under warning for their lack of response to a large spammer who is spamming affiliates, players, and anyone they can with Grand Prive casinos.

According to Grand Prive's Terms and Conditions:

SPAM TERMS said:
Grand Privé Affiliates does not advocate spamming. Any form of spamming will result in the responsible Webmaster's (Affiliate's) account being immediately terminated and all funds due being withheld.

Grand Prive is NOT abiding by their own terms and conditions in shutting down this spammer - so we must issue a warning to all future affiliates: Do not affiliate with Grand Prive until this matter is resolved.

Thanks that was needed. These guys should better get their act together soon. I find it pretty disturbing that a Microgaming program is going down this route. The next steps would be to contact Microgaming and the licensing jurisdiction / Khanawake?

Exactly.

We will wait a period of time, as yet undetermined, to allow them to clean up their spammer (remove this affiliate). If this does not occur, then Microgaming will be notified and they will be marked here as a predatory program.

I'm starting to believe they don't realise how serious this is. Microgaming has been able to command higher licensing fees because of their integrity and keeping its licensees in check (clean). I am pretty sure they will react if this is brought to their attention.

I have been getting player complaints about cashouts..
this is the second or 3rd complaint about
waiting for cashouts for over one month:mad:

I don't even know if they're telling me the truth because I have heard so many different stories from their customer support.

I chatted with the folks at Grand Prive to request I be comped for all of this aggravation. This is how it unfolded:

Unbelievable!!! This was my first cash-out with any casino and this has been a horrible experience. They have been very unhelpful and rude.

All I can say is make sure you know ahead of time an easier way to receive your winnings...

I'm not sure if I'll ever see that money :(

This is NOT a good sign :(

It seems that ever since they changed names, their reputation has started going down the toilet. Isn't creating a new identity for yourself supposed to do just the opposite??

I've never worked with them but they are definitely trying hard to become the laughing stock of the industry.

Yes, we are leaving their status as warning until which time they allow affiliates to have proper visibility into their stats.

Guard dog good call! My wiser side, these problems starting showing up back in May 2006. I suggested so but unfortunately it was largely ignored. But I am quite happy affiliates are starting too see the big picture.

Hopefully these matters get settled soon.
