Fact or Fiction? Published program details only half the truth?

The coming Christmas will be the first one since a quarter of a century without my beloved wife at my side. It will never be the same again.

After so many deeply human disappointments also this year in this industry, I decided to come back for a while so that the audience and also the bad ones do not forget, that there are people out there, that cannot be broken, for sure not in this unreal virtual dimension.

Half the truth is also a lie

With this thread I want to show the people, if public published program details are fact or fiction, if there is something missing, because half the truth is also a lie.

To report this is important, because most webmasters do no read the terms and conditions of programs, only after it is too late. They trust in what they can find public.

I will start today with BOA Partners.

BOA Partners

BOA Partners is a GPWA Gold Sponsor. It is published there, that the program has a 20 % Admin Fee. I personal call everything, which is higher than 7 % a rip-off, but in the last months most people gave up. There is no fight anymore against admin fees, and the programs see that and put that phantom-fees into their wallets.

20 % Admin Fee with BOA Partners. Sounds not so well, but more important: Is this the whole truth?

No, it is not!

From the terms:

5.2 Calculation and Payment

5.2.1 [...] Your Revenue Share is calculated from the casino’s earnings [...] minus Our game provider fee, bonuses (incl. paid loyalty), jackpot fees, regulator taxes, bank fees, chargebacks and 20% admin fees.

Source: https://boapartners.com/terms-and-conditions/

The emphasis is on "and"!

90+ % of all webmasters will get only 25 % revenue and after all that deductions, after your own local taxes, health insurance costs, after all that no ending fee parade and the unexplained 20 % admin phantom-fee rip-off, what do expect to have in your wallets, after all of this?

Right.

You will be able to enjoy a meal consisting of a cheese roll and a mug of buttermilk.

The whole week!

Hi Leopold,

It is good to see you back on the forums.

When programs advertise an admin fee in my mind this should cover all the other fees that are incurred i.e jackpot fees.

But we know all too well this is not the case. Who knows what these other fees total up % wise + the admin fee on top.

Anyway, Leopold Merry Christmas and I hope that it will not be too painful for you.

All the best.

Lol. The 20% is just an extra fee above all the other fees, which are +/- 25-30%.

Hey Billy, I have signed the contract with GPWA for sponsorship.

With whom?

With GPWA!

Oh, but hopefully only for a quarter?

Of course. Do you believe, I am an idiot?

What shall we do with our great quota? I mean, this admin guy from Affiliate Guard Dog destroyed our fine backdoor to milk most webmasters with publishing the term at his forum.

Wait ... Do you know what? Re-write it a little bit. But still make it possible, that we can say to the affiliates, if their efforts are not in our interest, the short end of the stick is everything they get.

Ha ha ha!

Ho ho ho!

And when this GPWA thing is a total flop, then we will go and install the old term again.

Yeah, and we have trapped all of them who came to us during GPWA-Time.

Then it's again rip-off time, Baby!

While we are at it. What about fees?

You know, we have nothing specific in the terms, so let's spin the ball. Bring me the old roulette wheel we have in the other room.

[WAITING]

O.k., here I am and now?

Spin the ball. The number which will come, this shall be our admin fee. We need to make our living from something, right?!

Haaaaha

Hoooooooooho

I will do it. No more bets please.

[STARING AT THE SPINNING BALL]

Oh, it's 25, red, odd and high.

Very good. This is now our admin fee. We say, it's including this and that. Main thing is, we have no real numbers in the terms and a lot of champaign again. Call the girls! It's party time!

Anyway, Leopold Merry Christmas and I hope that it will not be too painful for you.
Thank you very much. It will never be the same again, but I try to make me busy e.g. with entertaining this small sober village I am living since some weeks, and entertaining in Germany is still the exception rather than the rule in such villages.

I am doing this with projections, also with the incredible AtmoxFX sets, which are used by only a dozen people or so here in Germany I believe.

For those, who want to set up AtmosFX or other projections, it is often asked in forums, which materials can be used.

I can recommend white chiffon fabric as a projection screen if you want to project your window inside the home for the people outside on the street. It is working very well. Also very often the question is, which not so expensive projector is good enough.

I purchased a used Vivabright GP100 with Android and Bluetooth (for the outdoor speaker) from a wonderful Russian guy, living here in Germany, for under $100 at Ebay, and it's very bright and has a real high resolution.

For all those shady, bad and two-faced people in this industry, I will say to them and especially to the "fearless leader" and his weak henchman this for Christmas: "No matter how much money you have or how much power is given to you. You can never buy a good heart. Either you have it or not."

The other people, the good people and those, wo cannot buy the presents to their family they wanted, because programs and their bad people cheated them on their money this month, all of them I wish, they will never lose the faith in their own heart.

Race Car Hoaxes

For almost all programs players are outlaws. The programs do forget, that without players they not even can pay for their meal. Players are the most important persons in this industry, the customers, and if a bank, a hotel, a restaurant, even a striptease bar would treat their customers like many programs do, they could close their doors.

Programs believe, their customers are idiots. Since the beginning of this industry on 1997 I am watching it also in the function of an analyst and one thing, they did from the beginning:

The Race Car Hoax

The first version of Windows Casino installed the very first Race Car Hoax. It's easy. You lie to the players, give them some more reasons to play more and tell the fake story, that one lucky guy will win finally a race car.

This of course never happened, and no player is asking about that later, because everyone believes: "It was not me obviously."

I also found out during the investigation, that Europartners had started such a hoax: http://www.gpwa.org/forum/euro-partners-porsche-carerra-promotion-201033.html

Also former beloved GPWA sponsor Star Partner did it several times, lied several times to the people, and I received information from former employees, that everyone at the program knew, that this crusade ship race car prices have been a hoax.

Moreover, to make the story more fraudulent, employees from Star Partner and their relatives have been shown as official winners. This is so bad. Such people should be put behind bars.

But GPWA protected also this sponsor so hard. Like in the Club Gold case GPWA told the audience, that the fabricated "evidence" is a real thing. It wasn't. It was only to protect a sponsor by all available means.

porsche-1.png

Never, in more than 20 years of this industry a player received a race car. It has been always a hoax, and unfortunately the webmaster, who are promoting this crap on their websites, have to fear about their reputation, because at the end the audience is calling out the messenger, and if a website owner is promoting a fraudulent offer, then she/he is also guilty in the view of the audience.

And in my opinion, publishing such promotions on websites is realy a bad thing, because in the meantime everybody should know, this kind of prices are a hoax. Do you really want to be an enemy of the customers with your website?

Despite, even common sense says, this is all fake, some frauds still pushing the race car hoax. No surprise, this year it was the 1xBet Crime Family, which is so bad to players with a 24/7 illegal rip-off scheme, who started the next Race Car Hoax.

As usual, if you are a GPWA sponsor, also those obvious fraudulent promotions are either protected by false statements or just remain without any critism by the money-taker, not even questions.

Here the 1xBit race car hoax from this year:
http://www.gpwa.org/forum/incredible-prizes-1xbet-good-luck-serve-248991.html

Where is the winner of the Jaguar I-Pace?

This kind of promotion is a total scam!

Christmas is not over. In some parallel universes perhaps in 3 months it is Christmas, and the Christmas Trees are decorated with colorful pencils and the parents are singing Christmas songs in front of the tree and not the childs. Who knows? The probably true or probably not true story of the "Man of Taured" is a wonderful one on this matter...

Three quickies on Christmas:

1. Many Europeans are using also "X-Mas". You have to know, "X-Mas" is a combination of the first letter of Greek word for (Jesus) Christ (ΧΡΙΣΤΟΣ) and the word Mas(s). So X-Mas is the short form of "Christ's Mass".

2. No one ever here in Germany in 1000's of years in history has put Christmas Pickles at a Christmas Tree. Hello?! This is a total insane myth, which will still believed and told by thousands of Americans in the U.S.! We eat them with potato salad and sausages at Christmas Eve!

3. Our "Dresdner Stollen" is still the best stollen for Christmas world-wide and is imitating the wrapped Jesus child. O.k., you need some fantasy to recognize it, but it is indeed the idea behind the design of the Stollen since the beginning of this unique and delicious piece for Christmas.

I was asked some weeks ago in my lucid diary indirectly, what happened to "vtyunby65"? I cannot answer there, so I say it here. The answer is, nothing. They only changed his account on the quit into "Cash Bonus".

As you might know, I have investigated and debunked the muli-level-marketing industry. The internet was a great tool for them to make more money and to cheat more people. All that mlm frauds fleed into forex and options, and it's the truth, that 90+% of all forex, options, binary, whatever they call themselves, are scammers.

For a normal customer, it's very hard to find that 10 % decent people. As an overall picture one can say, that a connection between the online casino industry and forex binary option rip-off schemes is there and that the ties are very close in the meantime and becoming even more closer, which is bad, because it will put more harm on the already injured reputation of the casino industry.

Now look at the signature of Maria, the #4 in the GPWA hierarchy. You'll find financeaffiliateprograms.com. This website is a part of Casino City, online allegedly since 20 years, despite the fact, it was seen by the Internet Archive first time 4 years ago ( https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.financeaffiliateprograms.com/ ).

On that website there is promotion for many frauds, e.g. the eToro scammers, where the same criminal is working, who was also running the public relations for the AffActive sponsorship at GPWA. Sponsorship was only closed, after the FBI knocked at the door.

With this post I will express my concerns, that this relationship between finance scammers and the online casino industry is the result of desperation, because math tells us, that this pyramid scheme like progressive rising amount of new casinos cannot work. It will implode, and so the financial scam backdoor is the new scheme to make money.

They will not change the system and the quality. They take an even lower scheme as a compensation for the financial loss. Years ago I predicted, that governments will no longer close their eyes and that they will do actions against this industry if this madness will not stop and if not a self-cleaning process will be done.

I was attacked for it, censored for it. At the end I was right. Never in history the regulations are so strong than today, and it will be more worst, when more justice departments will start investigations into the crypto-casinos, which are nothing but a money laundering tool for the Mob and some Oligarchs from Russia and Ukraine.

There was and is still a chance to run this industry honest and serious. But this has a price. People have to give up some of the money. Not the webmaster, because they are doing a great and important job, but the programs and the self-proclaimed "empires" like Casino City.

I fear, they will never do. They will rather destroy everything than showing some social competence to the affiliates.

But at Christmas, at home, then they are doing so, as if they are the best people Earth has ever seen.

A fiction.

Thank you very much for your kind words, Judy. My memories are everything i have, and nobody can take that away from me.

---------------------------------------------------------

TotoGaming Affiliates

A wonderful example, how insane and baseless admin fees are, is the idea of TotoGaming Affiliates, a new GPWA Silver Sponsor.

They say, GPWA members have not to pay the 10 % admin fee, only all the other people of the world.

What?! If they can eliminate the admin fee with the snip of a finger, it's clear, this phantom-fee is not about a serious must for the program. They don't need it for their operations. It's nothing but a rip-off.

Moreover, the "highlights" at GPWA for TotoGaming Affiliates are a lie regarding fees, because as I said, the philosophy of this thread is: "Half the truth is also a lie".

This is from their terms:

""Net Revenue", calculated on a monthly basis, means the monthly Gross Revenue less costs, which includes but is not limited to: taxes, betting duties, third party commissions/fees for providing games and game software etc, financial transaction fees, bonuses, "loyalty rewards", rakeback, cashbacks and charge backs."

And if you are not a member of that "forum", then you have to pay obviously 10 % admin fee on the top!

The 10 % is not even written anywhere in the terms! It's coming from nowhere!

Also GPWA members, who are thrilled first being freed at least once from the admin fee, looking later like a poodle after standing 3 hours in the rain, because the "costs, which includes but is not limited to: taxes, betting duties, third party commissions/fees for providing games and game software etc, financial transaction fees, bonuses, "loyalty rewards", rakeback, cashbacks and charge backs", this is so much, that finally you owe them money instead of earning anything.

The commission of TotoGaming Affiliates is so low, most will never get more than 20 % for the casino and 15 % for sports, this is so low, that facing all this costs it is not worth the time and any efforts.

What all of these programs are thinking? They do nothing but sitting in their chair, in many cases without any real qualification or education, writing the whole day unwanted emails to webmaster, who are on the stolen lists, making some great promotions with race cars or tickets for the first Mars landings, some of them are obviously mentally ill, others are dunk all the day and then you have the bunch of losers, who are whining about everything and crying for Daddy so that things will be removed.

And these people give the hard working affiliates a lousy unfair small ridiculous share from their fine party life. Many of them failed bitterly themselves as an affiliate and fleed in the representative position. And these people wants to tell you, how to work?

Yes, many of them are total losers and have no clue what is it all about to win new customers. They are flopped affiliates. Not because they have been unlucky but because they are incompetent, and if you look at their public statements sometimes, then you know, you have seen another one of this people.

Sorry TotoGaming Affiliates. This is not enough. Fees until beyond the horizon, a lousy revenue share, I personal have no idea, how one can be successful with such an unfair environment.

25 % Admin Fee. Wonderful. A small webmaster will never get higher than 25 % revenue share and from that the fee-bedbug nibbles on it every single day.

After 6 months, regardless, if you have been just unlucky or changed your priority to other programs, after 6 months without a new player, all the allegedly "lifetime revenue share" industry slogan mutates once again into a lie, all the money with high probability will be taken away from you, because in the term is standing, that "3.1.8 The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement if the Affiliate fails to send any New Customers within 180 days."

At least Mrs-sponsors-first and the new family-prospect gave thanks in the GPWA welcome thread right now.

Everyone is free to show his opinion like she/he wants to do so. There is no stronger defender of that right in this industry than me I believe, but how can one thanks this kind of fee rip-off?

If the gasoline will be more expensive, the boss of a forwarding agency cannot reduce the paychecks of the drivers. This would be the same madness and a total unfair behavior.

Goodwin Affiliates

New GPWA Silver "Florides" Sponsor Goodwin Affiliates has the most crazy terms I have seen since a long time. There is a reason, why they are making them so difficult. Either the creator of that terms has some fetish with math, or they want to build as much possible traps as possible. Decide for yourself.

Quota

98 % of all existing webmasters will never bring more than 50 new players to Goodwin every month. So the revenue share of 35 % for 0+50 players is higher than usual especially for small webmasters, but the old stupid quota is back in town.

After 3 months without new players revenue share will be reduced to 25 % and after 6 months to 15 %. When you bring after that a new player, the revenue share rises again from 15 to 25 % but only for the next month.

Negative Carryover

Goodwin Affiliates gives you the opportunity to have a daytrader feeling. Yes, they installed negative carryover, but you can withdrawal your earnings every single day. So if a big player lost everything in his wallet, request the same day a cashout with the hope, that your affiliate manager, the communication department, the financial department, the security department, the department of special affairs and finally the pool boy will not fall asleep or simulate technical difficulties with the affiliate system.

If you have forgotten to request a cashout, and the player returns, terminates your revenue and more, so that you are holding the ugly negative carryover end of the stick, then simply bring 5 new players the same month, and perhaps they reset the negative balance after you contacted your affiliate manager on this matter.

Fees

Here is the original quoted formular from Goodwin Affiliates to calculate your income:

Profit = (((In - InFee) - (Out + OutFee ))-Royality) * RevenuePercent Profit - Your income. In - Deposit sum. InFee - Payment systems Commission for Deposit. (no more than 6%) Royalty - Provider`s commision. Out - Withdrawal`s sum. OutFee - Payment systems Commission for Withdrawal`s. (no more than 2%) RevenuePercent - Your revenue % . (35% By default)

They don't tell you in the terms, that the provider's commission ranges from 14 - 20 %.

And what about the phantom admin-fee?

There is a sentence hidden in the terms, where admin fees are mentioned:

1.15. “Net Gaming Revenue” or “NGR” means all monies received by Company from New Customers except: winnings returned to New Customers issued bonuses net balance corrections administration fees providers fees - royalities fraud costs and chargebacks.

So, no one really knows, what he will earn. It will be a big surprise, and as usual in the meantime, no one has the balls at GPWA to say openly something about the fee madness. They have all given up obviously. Are there really only rubberstamper and three-word-posters left?

New programs are looking at it and thinking: "What an easy prey these affiliates are. We do the same. It's obviously working very well. No one says a word against it anymore."

Did you know, that the 1xBet Crime Family featured fake games posing as if they have been from NetEnt and removed them on the quiet after more and more reports about this fraud circulated?

Did you know, that the 1xBet Crime Family was under investigation in Poland, and that the Finance Minister of Poland himself helped to clean the country from this dirt by putting more than 200 1xBet related domains on the blacklist of Poland?

Did you know, that the 1xBet Crime Family could be found almost on every blacklists of regulated jurisdictions in the past?

Did you know, that some representatives from the 1xBet Crime Family are using fake identities to protect themselves from criminal charges?

And $15.000 every year they pay to GPWA to continue their small criminal empire, with the lowest ratings by players ever, with the most complaints by players ever, and "companies" like 1XBet are the reason, why the coming new version at least of the German State Treaty on Gambling will be a desaster for bookies. The German market with some probability will implode in this segment.

The flood of creeps, crooks and criminals in this industry in combination of a Mob-like environment of fear in the self-proclaimed King of all forums to stop critical voices, this flood will mutate into a dreadful wave, which would rise up and plunge everything down to the deep.

Again, no one, I repeat: NO ONE says one word anymore in the GPWA welcome threads, even if the terms are so crazy or the fees so high. It's over! The resistance is dead.

But don't come back later whining if you have problems. You had your chance to make your voice heard, even if it will be censored later by some lousy cowards.

With your uprising you can say later to your children: At least I tried to do something.

Buffalo Partners, proven accomplice of serious crime, worked together knowingly and willingly with hackers to attack also schools, hospitals and Kindergarten over a very long period of time - I have investigated that special case for more than a year - this Crime Family is back at the coming London Conference 2020 from the corrupt iGB.

Stand L4

You see, even the worst criminals can get away with everything.

Yes, this is the right sign for this industry. Give everybody a safe house. No one has to fear any consequences. Do so, as if nothing happened.

If I did not put so many pressure on the "fearless leader" of GPWA over 18 months, they would be sponsor there until today. Believe me that.

I know for a fact, that at least since two years ago the SIGMA guy is not that corrupt, is looking closer, from whom he takes the money.

First things first: Anthony from GPWA still needs your help

Anthony is the only real guy of all that GPWA inside people.
The only one!

And as so often, good people have to suffer under unbelievable blows, which they not deserve. He really does not deserve that.

Many of you are making so much money, spending also money for overpriced event entrance fees and whatsoever, and if there is one guy left at GPWA, who has really the intent and not the lip-service only to help people, then it's Anthony.

A blow for three lives

He's still in a critical situation, not only with this health. Anthony will not say that so loud, because he is a very polite person, but it's no fault to consider to help him even with a small gift, because that would really be a good thing.

GoFundMe

You can do that within seconds and free of charge over his official GoFundMe page, where you can read also the whole sad story: https://www.gofundme.com/f/7n52f-anthony039s-medical-fund

There is no problem with setting the voluntary tip for GoFundMe to Zero in my opinion, because they no longer permit private persons to accept donations via Paypal, which is a mess. You can only use Credit Cards.

Paypal Donations

So in case, you don't have a credit card or don't want to pay with Credit Card and want to give Anthony something with Paypal as I did yesterday, and I did, then you can.

This is also as easy as opening a can of dog food. I will not publish his Paypal email here. Just write an email to anthony@gpwa.org and ask for the donation Paypal address.

He will answer you personally and more important: He will be so happy about that, and he deserves it. Give, whatever you can give, with GoFundMe or Paypal.

A donation never can be too small. Either there is one or not. The same, when you are standing at the wedding altar and will be asked by the priest: "What's going on, man? Yes or No?"

+++ ADDENDUM +++

I just declared ceasefire for today with a one-time-post in my fun area 240,000+ views lucid diary at GPWA to help Anthony like I did it at AGD here with the post above. It's now up to the "empire", if they will delete it from the censor queue as usual and to throw their own guy under the bus or if they will publish it.

I have no influence of the outcome of remembering the still important case, but at least I tried it.

iGB 2020: The return of Apalachin

Today: What the heck happened to the "empire"?

GPWA's mini booth E47 so small, only one person with a cat can sit there, placed like a loser table close to the lorry door at the end of the whole building, where no one will go or only pass by.

And next booth to them F46 is still empty. No one wants to become neighbor of GPWA anymore or only with a 80 % off?

It's true!
Look at the official floorplan and scroll down to the end of nowhere:
https://london.igbaffiliate.com/floorplan

Really, this is so funny but also so unmasking. The allegedly "first place" for advertising in this industry has only a loser table at the event, which is as small as a mobile toilet from North Korea.

Just a bunch of show and nothing behind the curtain obviously.

I wish all the other small booth owners, who are no showboats but try the best with their small budget and with their honesty, I wish them good luck.

Mental Illness Alert: Game-Revenue

Since many years I highly believe, people with mental illness are running some programs, because the ideas to confiscate money for their pool parties are so crazy, that one has to ask a dozen of other people if this is true what is written in the terms.

An intense example for such a mental illness term is the new GPWA Gold Sponsor Game-Revenue.

After all, what happened in the past years with quotas, fees and incompetent reps, they now have installed a punishment, which is so dumb, that one can describe it as committing reputation suicide.

Game-Revenue will impose a fine, if you are not bringing at least 5 new players every 3 months. They will hurt you with a 3 % fine on your commission, as if you are a criminal.

That means, every small webmaster will pay this fine without any wrongdoing, and Game-over-Revenue has to ask for themselves: "Is the price worth it?"

If they would have reduced the revenue share at all with 3 % on the quiet and put out that as official structure, no one would complain. It would be just a program with 3 % less revenue share than others, and this is fine, because they have no admin fee, and so a e.g. 22 % without fees is more attractive than 25 % with admin fees.

What remains in the minds is, that Game-Revenue is imposing a fine on the majority of webmasters.

With that they have already blew out the candle.

GAME OVER

Unfortunately nothing unusual anymore in our industry that affiliate programs behave so. If you don't bring enough traffic they forget all agreements from the past, reduce your commission, or close your account at all. Sad but true! Respect and correct behavior becomes less and less in our industry.
