However even with that in place and the actual email page warning, some stupid prat from Affgoldmine.com still uses the pages.

Did you contact this person at all and ask why they used your form when it explicitly says not to? I would be interested to hear what they say about that... and, of course, tell them to stop spamming people.

I have had long Skype conversations with this David Miller over the last two days (after getting "spam" mails from him ), and I have to say he is pretty clueless.
I have warned him that his casino WILL go bust within a month if they don't change, but he just doesn't seem to understand...

Oh well, he can't say I didn't warn him...

No I didn't Andy.
Firstly, I'm alway dubious of any affiliate manager (cold calling me) who uses a gmail account (or free email) in their sig. Secondly and more importantly, any program who disrespects an on-site request to not use a form but choose to ignore that request I consider that program/persons ethics to be questionable.

I would be interested to hear what they say about that... and, of course, tell them to stop spamming people.

So would I ;D

I signed up & deposited at this casino yesterday.
Then later had a phone call from a CS rep at the casino asking various general questions, like how do I chose where to play, what games I like, etc.
He then put me on to the casino Manager, but I had trouble hearing him (bad line & my 2 little ones making too much noise!) so he said he will phone again this-morning.
Could be an interesting conversation!

My first impression is these guys have no/little previous experience running an online casino.
