Combo partners rufuses to pay - CLOSED

Hello guys.
Last month combo.partners affiliate manager Alex, caught me on skype with proposal to work on cpa model.
Their brand slotum.com didn't convert at all, we brought only 3 depositors with 50 eu average deposit, and one player which made a second deposit.
This month when payday came, I asked about payment, and got an answer that they will pay when all 3 players will made redeposits.
He sent me their stupid terms, which I can share it.
So guys be carefully working with Combo.partners.
I think it's time to move them to rogue affiliate section.

Let's analyze the situation.
For us, this is a matter of principle, because we do not like fraud.

May - visits 302 reg 1 ftd 0
June - visits 87 reg 0 fd 0

As we can see, the partner did not remove our brand from the TOP positions of his site, despite the fact that he called us scammers.
It also seems strange to me that with almost the same number of visits in April and subsequent months, conversions were only in April (except 1 reg in May)

Out of 3 players, only 1 made a re-deposit and that was the end of all traffic activity

When analyzing player accounts, we suspected that they were fake accounts. Our suspicions were strengthened by the fact that one of the players won 4k eur and did not try to collect the winnings. Moreover, he does not respond to messages from the support service and casino managers, they asked him for documents for the account verification procedure and the withdrawal of winnings 2 weeks ago. So far there is no answer.
We are sure that the player does not get in touch because this is a fake account and he does not have the opportunity to confirm his personal data.

I reported this to the Partner on Skype and he stopped communicating. We wrote him 3 messages in the last 9 days and he didn't reply to any of them.

If the partner gets in touch and provides reasonable evidence that his traffic is not fraud, we will gladly pay for it.
