We had a nice discussion a few months ago about the biggest land based casinos that may consider going online and how this may affect the affiliates.

Different points of view have been shared here and many webmasters particiapted in the discussion.

Two weeks ago Harrah’s Interactive has launched its first online brands: Caesars Casino Online and Caesars Bingo Online. It looks that the usual marketing model based on affiliates was implemented and the marketing program behind these brands is Market-ace.

It would be great to see your opinion again...

Not sure about the Bingo side, but didn't Caesars team up with Uffiliates rather than Market Ace? Certainly that's who I aff-tag with for Caesars.

Very interesting about Caesars -- are they no longer using Cassava [888] software? If so, why didn't Uffiliates tell any of their affiliates?

Yeah, it looks like Caesars is definitely using Gamesys software now. Hmm... I guess I need to change my links -- not that the Uffiliates links worked in the first place.

Simmo, if you don't mind sharing, did you get any depositors at all while you promoted Caesars through Uffiliates? I sent a fair amount of traffic early on, but I earned nothing and never saw any movement in my stats.

I don't want to derail the thread, but I'm not sure that Caesars has much brand recognition in the UK. Over here Caesars Palace is a restaurant chain.

Where did you guys(Market-ace) come from? Is Market-Ace just a re-branded Uaffiliates?

Who is running things at Market-Ace?

I do understand that you don't take US or Oz players.
However, do you have a payment solution for US based affilaites?

I'll let Paul from Market Ace give you all the info I don't have. However, I can tell you that Market Ace are nothing to do with 888/Uffiliates or any of those other organisations. They're 100% definitely, stake my mortgage on it, NOT a rebrand of Uffiliates.

I've promoted Market Ace run (not owned - they are an outsourced affiliate program) bingos in the past: specifically The Sun Bingo (biggest selling UK daily newspaper) and, in a very small way, Jackpot Joy.

The details of the Caesars Bingo and Casino deal is not something I know anything about, though.

Edited to Add: Market Ace have been around for 2-3 years or more. They haven't just appeared out of the ether, but non bingo promoting affiliates may well have never come across them.

So Paul, did my affiliate account at Uffiliates get automatically transferred over to you guys when you took over the Caesars Casino site?

My links, this is one of them caesarscasino.com/?sr=356703&flag=0100 still works fine as you can also see here in the review Caesars Casino Online Now Live! ~ Online Casinos | USA Casinos | Gambling Gurus but I have not heard a single word from either you guys or Uffiliates that my affiliate account had been transferred to you guys.

Uffiliates no longer carries this Caesars Casino as I checked earlier and did not see it there any longer!

How bout some better and more thorough details from you here.

Marketace used to be Jackpotjoy only. It has no connection to anyone as far as I know.

As far as Ceasar's Palace name recognition: While it is launching in the UK for now, I think it is ultimately meant to face the US. The early launch will let them gather more experience than the other Vegas places will have.
