Casumo UK - Tracking not worked, telling us data is correct but is WAY out.

We ran a sports ad for Casumo around 3/4weeks ago using a tracking link our affiliate manager provided and it only tracked clicks (600+ clicks, 350+ unique clickers. Despite the high uptake, not a single registration showing on NetRefer, so £0 earnings.

Our affiliate manager investigated this, and after two weeks of us chasing him and getting ignored A LOT, told us the data is accurate.

The data is 100% not accurate, this page clears 50+ CPA in a post no problem and has consistently done so for years across multiple campaigns.

Has anybody else had issues with Casumo? Our affiliate manager is the worst communicator we've ever had in the industry. Any higher up contacts would be appreciated, we definitely need to go above his head, the bottom line is we're missing thousands in commission.

I'm always at a loss when I read posts like this. Especially from unknowns.

Big numbers but always CPA deals.

If the traffic is so great, why throw away 10's of thousands, to make a few $1,000. It just doesn't make sense!

How do you mean Dave?

Social deals are few and far between in the UK, we only ever work on strong CPA&Revenue Share hybrids and have had years of success and backlog of revenue share.

Nothing being thrown away

I struggle to see where the 10s of thousands have been thrown away

Casumo had a great aff manager, but quit and then they got a new one who only lasted a couple of months. They definitely seem to have issues. What you are reporting here sounds disturbing and worrying but hard to say anything without knowing more.

Checking my own stats last month I had 200 clicks, 9 regs, 3 FTD and a turnover of €60k and revenue due of €2k. I don't push them that much at all. Idk, not impressed and won't bother pushing them more either.

It's a saturated brand so it could be possible that it didn't convert, but how does the Aff Manager know it's 100% accurate - I'm sceptical as stuff does happen and then a cover up takes place amidst a load of hush hush.

I'm convinced aff managers have no clue if affiliates get screwed over or numbers are manipulated.

I think they are having some big issues. Getting rid of aff managers and not assigning new contacts etc. Now not even paying their partners in time. Maybe it's over for Casumo.
