Casino does not pay admission fee - no feedback from affiliate manager

While I'm not sure if this is the right place for my question, I'll give it a try.

I have added Surfcasino as an affiliate partner. We have agreed on a RS deal and a one time joining fee. In return, I placed them #1 on the homepage for a month, as well as provided the associated reviews.

The affiliate manager Yuri was very helpful in the beginning. After all the content was completed and placed, he said he would pass the payment on to the finance department and the agreed fee would show up on my account within a few days. However, this was never the case.

Since then I get no answers by mail and also no more by Skype. I feel ripped off as far as I have a written commitment from the affiliate manager.

Maybe you should reconsider the certification!

Ocean Affiliates displays his site's logo (playcasino.com) on their footer. My guess, that person is in some manner directly connected, associated to/with Ocean Affiliates.

Pity more time is not invested into verifying creds of, certified programs... just sayin!

My name is Sergei and I am head manager of OceanAffiliates. Our manager Yuri is now on vacation so he is unaccassable via messengers and I can not talk to him right now about this case.

I guess the reason of the things happening are that you have zero traffic. As I know you had a deal with Yuri that we pay you 800 euros for being placed at top1 position for 1 month. We have a rule that all payments we do ONLY after 3 first FTDs to avoid cheating. You know, usually affiliates promise hundreds of new players daily and bring nothing.

So as I see at the moment for last few months you brought only 1 player with 12 euros deposit.

We need to check the situation with Youri, but I guess your payment will be processed after 3 FTDs, after any traffic.

The traffic was not zero. Over 200 visitors came to your site through me, with five people registering.

I clearly communicated to Yuri that I do not accept the clause with 3 FTEs, as I cannot directly influence the conversion of the respective casinos. In addition, this amount applies compensation for the preparation of reviews. Yuri again consulted with his manager after my rejection of this clause and promised me the deal. He also allegedly indexed the payout at the affiliate account and also inquired about it. After multiple denials from my site, I have not received a response again. I would also be happy to provide evidence of the associated history with Yuri.

I would like to point out that the deal was so agreed and I have also provided my pre-agreed service. You have a fixed place on my website now and will also benefit from the future growth.

I have a right to block your affiliate account for cheating but I still leave you an oppotunity to get paid after 3 FTD's.

We have zero tolerance for affiliate program abusers.

To make final desigion we need to get Youri back and know details of your deal.

If you think that you are right, why did you start cheating manipulations with affiliate statistics? Why did you create fake player accounts?

Situation is very easy. Affiliate programs pay only for one thing - for traffic. Not for your "future grow", not because you are nice guy or same. You LIED that you have traffic (you said that you have never had less then 5 FTDs with new casino placed at your website). In fact you have ZERO traffic - three dublicate registrations and one your own registration. So you have lied from the beginning. And you still insist that you must be paid for your fake advertisement.

We have three facts now:

1. Unclear deal (yes, we need Yuri to make it clear, but it is our regular practice to pay after three FTD's)
2. You was cheating with statistics creating duplicate accounts (that is 100% reason for BAN)
3. You lied that you have traffic and you knew that you will not bring any real player while saying that you bring "at least 5 to each new casino".


May be you will invite here any affiliate manager who is happy with deal with you?
