I'm surprised at this thread, because I have never not been paid by these guys, even after Mikey left and Xmark took over.
They even paid me < $100 for December on Jan 2nd.

Getting a bit worried now though...

KK

It's not like @NDG is a new AGD member.
He's a trusted, long time member, hence why I was surprised too.

@casinobonusguy - I'll ask again, can you help out here... Or are you also not being paid?

Still no payment from Brango (on a player cashout). No replies to all the e-mails sent to their payments dept.

BTW, we're talking about $50 here.

I smell a sinking ship and I've gotten the F off it. No big loss.

We just sent a message in Skype to the two representatives from XMark Affiliates.

Here is the message.

--

Please see this thread:

We would like to resolve this issue and be paid our past earnings.

You can pay us what is owed and we can begin promoting your brands again,
as long as you are paying your players and affiliates. We are more than
willing to promote your brands again, once you've paid our past earnings.

OR

You can pay us what is owed in full, and we can remove all mention of your brands
from our website. Once payment is made to us in full, we would then agree to have
our accounts closed and our affiliate relationship with you would come to end. It is
stated in Section 5.2 of the terms & conditions for your affiliate programs that
once our affiliate agreement is terminated, we will be entitled to past earnings.

See here:

"You must remove all of our banners and icons from your site and disable the link
from your site to Casino Brango. All rights and licenses given to you in this
Agreement shall immediately be terminated. You will be entitled only to those
unpaid referral fees, if any, earned by you on or prior to the date of termination."

Please get back to us.

I will update this thread with their response on this issue.

We received a response rather quickly.

They said that they offered a releasing of partial payment after starting new traffic but we declined
and that they have no intention of not paying but they want to build the trust on that arrangement.

They did make this offer but the partial payment was after we add their brands back, promote them
and bring in traffic, then they will make a payment sometime later. We did not take the offer seriously at
the time and it seemed like a way to get out of paying what was owed. Later on, we did offer
to start promoting their brands again for a month and they could make the first partial payment at
the end of that month after we already promoted them. They did not seem interested in that.

Imagine hiring some workers to do a job, they work for a long time and complete the job,
then when they ask to be paid for work done, you tell them that you don't trust them, so
they need to earn your trust and work more, and then sometime later you will pay them.

They ended by saying that I made damages by complaining to the AGD.

We responded to all of it. We ended our response with the question:

Will you honor the Terms & Conditions of your affiliate program in Section 5.2
and pay all of our unpaid referral fees in exchange for closing the accounts?

Much better if they will just settle this with us, and then they can have the accounts.

They did not respond to the question about the Terms & Conditions. We signed up before they were
even a part of the XMarkAffiliates, so we based it on the rules at the actual affiliate program pages.

They say that they have no intention of not paying and that they want to make an arrangement, but then
when we try to make an arrangement.. they ignore messages, they delay it to talk to the manager, or they
find something about it that they don't like. It seems like a game to keep us going in circles until we give up.

They have a rep on this forum - what do they say about this?

Seems like I need to blacklist these brands ASAP, if they cannot pay affiliates they most certainly cannot pay players. They have terms for XMark AND when you click to sign up to the brands they market they also have a set a terms so very very confusing

I'm going ahead with full blacklist. The player account we used to deposit has been closed/deactivated (no correspondence sent to explain why), all deposits have been kept and the player cashout has been stolen. And all e-mail go ignored.

Time to go nuclear.

ETA: Other than Adrenaline, Brango and Extreme, I would be interested to know if any other brands should be included in the blacklist.

They previously said multiple times that they want us to bring in traffic and they will make partial payments.

On Wednesday, we sent a message on Skype that we would be willing to work out a deal with a payment plan where we would add their brands immediately, and they could make the first partial payment with January earnings. Here is a part of what we had posted:

You said that you have no intention of not paying our affiliate earnings, so lets make
a deal with all of the specifics right here and now that we can both work with. I've
decided to push this, to resolve the issue, and for all affiliates to see the results.

You never unlocked our Casino Extreme or Casino Adrenaline accounts. We cannot promote
your brands without access to the affiliate accounts to retrieve the affiliate links.
These accounts need to be unlocked first, so that we have access to everything needed.

You said that you want us to bring in traffic to your brands before issuing a partial payment of
earnings. We need to know the specifics of this deal. What will the payment be, for how many months,
and when will the first payment be made. We are willing to start promoting your brands now, if you can
provide a partial payment in an amount we both agree to, when you make payments of January earnings.
We will not agree to a deal without knowing the specifics ahead of time, and it has to be a
deal where the first payment is made on a timely basis, and not sometime down the line.

Here is the arrangement that they want to setup. We wil agree to it under certain terms right now in order to resolve the issue.
We are agreeing to this type of arrangement on certain terms to move forward and so that other affiliates can see the results.

No response from them yet. They've seen the message. We don't expect that they will make an arrangement.

@NDG - If they can't pay @FictionNet a mere $50, and instead, close player account with silence, then they can't pay you either. Mate I'm sorry, but it seems they are a cooked-goose.

No cash here!

@bonustreak - probably best to rogue them, sooner than later ;)

Well this is STRANGE... took a gander over at GPWA Jan 2024 payment thread and who do you suppose claims to have been PAID by Brango and Extreme? None other than the elusive casinobonusguy.

Casino Brango and Casino extreme paid 3AM EST today via bitcoin .

Guess it answers the question why she never responded with help, here.

Yes, it seems that way. Only thing that I can do is let other affiliates know so that they don't fall into the same trap.

Yabby Casino may be another one of their brands. The only reason I mention that now is
because Mikey, a former affiliate rep, asked us to start promoting that brand back in 2021.

Aussie, you are being rude to Casinobonusguy and for no reason. She might never even seen this thread, she wasnt even on the forum for 2 months. why to insult her? she is an affiliate just as you and me, she is not responsible for xmark affiliates. if she could help great, but it seems she is not even aware this thread exists and she is been blamed here.

personally, i noticed the thread now. i was paid on time as usual.

When i had issue, Cindy Greco was the one that managed to solve the issues for me. I will notify her of this thread.

Never heard anything more from them. They just keep leading us in circles. They want to make it
known that they have every intention of paying, but then they do nothing to actually make it happen.
Worst experience ever with an affiliate program, and we've been doing this for a very long time.

Well, I'm ensuring anyone coming through me - intending to reach Scambo/Extreme - is well-educated as to the caution required.

They will never pay me financially, but they are paying in another way and losing money. Sucks to be a rogue casino.
