I would appreciate a quick resolution to this now as promised by you.

we will verify the accumulated earnings with you, and finalize their processing

Please verify what is owed from Casino Brango, Casino Extreme and Casino Adrenaline and then send us the list of amounts via e-mail,
so that we can confirm that the amounts are correct based on what we know, and then you can proceed to make the payment to us.

we can proceed with your payment within the next 48 hours.

We met all of the many requirements, so lets verify the amounts, proceed with payment, and finalize this.

As we’ve already discussed in detail – our terms have been met in full after verification of your Domain Ownership over www.newbonuses.com.
We are sorry that your cashout experience was not as smooth as it usually is with us – but I think we can agree that proper identification was necessary after the long term gap we’ve had in our partnership. As mentioned before, no one here would be happy to see your earnings paid out to an incorrect person orgroup.
We’ve confirmed your initial analysis of unpaid earnings, and we are ready to process them:
- $12,000.00 in Casino Brango
- $1,200.00 in Casino Extreme
After this payment, your relevant Affiliate Accounts will be terminated in accordance with our ToS, and no additional payments will be requested for nor processed. The processed payment will be considered full and final, and will cover for all unpaid earnings, since the start of our partnership, till date.
Should you desire to continue our partnership, you reserve the right to open up new accounts, and proceed operations from there.
On top of all of the above – your Casino Adrenaline account will remain open, and we will have a separate discussion and analysis in regards to it.
Please confirm your agreement to the above stated terms, after which we will immediately process your pending earnings, $ 13,200.00 in total.

Wow - just read this for the first time. An absolute joke - verification of ownership of the domain - you have to add a txt record and jump through those hoops. Were they asking for this when players got sent their way? At least you get paid and i am glad i saw this - wont touch this bunch with a barge pole.

We can now confirm that we've been paid the total amount owed for the Brango Casino and Casino Extreme affiliate accounts.

We would like to thank Cindy and the team behind these brands for getting this resolved.

We would also like to thank MissExpose for all of her efforts to get in touch with the affiliate program
and everyone that has posted in this thread or has made an effort in some way to get this issue resolved.

The only remaining issue is to regain access to the Casino Adrenaline account. We will contact Cindy
directly via Skype, to regain access to this account so that we can withdraw funds and move forward.

They paid the balance owed within the Casino Adrenaline account. As of
now, we consider all of the issues with this group to be completely resolved.

There have been internal changes in the company and a completely new Finance team is now taking over. We will continue paying our affiliates fast and at the beginning of each month as we have been doing since our brands started; therefore we are trying to make transition as smooth as possible; but again sometimes while adjusting we might have missed your payment. Kindly send an email to payments@xmarkaffiliates.com and CC aleksa@xmarkaffiliates.com and myself cindy@xmarkaffiliates.com from the email you have registered with us for finance purposes.
We will make sure what is owed is paid. I have asked finance team to verify the amount due atm and send you an email for you to confirm.
