yeah was a rookie pub manager ignoring things, the top people handled it properlyWill just add.,. I have been with them since they have launched, never had any problems so was most likely an oversight perhaps? , also those ticket systems never work, I have tred on various brands but never had a response (email is best)

I was able to get in touch with another manager, so far so good. I have only positive thoughts about Webpartners, I hope our cooperation will be even better.I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
