I received an email from an affiliate program Affearning asking me to promote 7Kasino, which I never heard from before.

When I visited the affiliate site I noticed at the bottom of the page they claim to be a certified affiliate program with the GPWA, CAP & Affiliate Guard Dog.

You cannot click on any of the symbols which seemed very fishy to me. I notified the GPWA who said they were using their mark without permission so I'm sure that Affiliate Guard Dog don't support these guys either and they are using your mark fraudulently as well.

Thought I would let you know about this and warn new affiliates to steer clear.

Fishy casino and affiliate program i would assume. Stay away from promoting it before we know more.

7Kasino.com is a white label casino. Read more: www springgaming com

Off topic: they also own www bingometropoli com it seems... And I would not recommend depositing a dime at that site, looks a bit unprofessional.

The webmaster apparently just put up some logos like on other similar sites. It was a mistake. I have talked with them and it is removed.

A few days ago, I was contacted by someone called 'Melissa' at affearning.com. See below.

melissa.JPG

The photo used in 'Melissa's' signature is fake. It is actually a photograph of Adriana Lima - a Brazillian Victoria's Secret model.

http://www4.pictures.zimbio.com/bg/Adriana+Lima+Victoria+Secret+Angels+Launch+NxKoc533_b_l.jpg

Adriana Lima - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

When I queried this with 'Melissa', she replied - "Fake photo ? what do you mean ? can you tell me more?:)"

When I presented evidence, I received an apology and admittance from Eric, "the manager here at Affearning.com", telling me they'd sacked Melissa as a result. However, I don't believe this to be true, as I have reason to believe 'Melissa' is still sending e-mails.

Eric also told me, "we are now going to be sponsored very soon on Gpwa", which I believe is also not true.

I have given affearning a link to this thread, to enable them to respond.

I sent a link to this thread to Eric, the 'manager' at affearning.com, and here is his unreal reply.

- - -

At present I have stopped this automatic sending email, so all our
affiliates will receive no further emails from Melissa,

If you can add this to your Thread would be good anyway,

Regarding GPWA, sure we want to be sponsorised, why that would be
wrong?!

In short, thank you anyway posting that was automatic email that you
received from Melissa, and not that we lie you.

Some objectivity does not hurt,

Eric.

---

My reply to Eric.

I could have done better thread? Tell you what, you stop lying, posting fake seals, and fake photo's, and I'll write a better thread about you.

I'll be posting your unacceptable reply both at AGD and GPWA. You clearly have no remorse.

Don't contact me again.

To add to the above, I have no idea where Eric thinks they're not liars. They are indeed liars. It wasn't an automatic e-mail of any kind.

More evidence of lies. Eric from affearning. "we are now going to be sponsored very soon on Gpwa" - nope, you're not.

I'm not sure I understand even... I got an email stating the affiliate manager is Robert. Things are very strange over there for sure.

Since instructing Eric not to contact me again, he has e-mailed me twice, asking me to post his comments. I've told him to post here himself if he has a response.

I've been more than fair. I've actually held back more incriminating info, which I'll be happy to expand on in due course.

Hello to every one,

Just to make the things clear, Eric is the manager at affearning, and i am Robert one of the affiliate manager.

this was the email from my manager Eric to Fictionnet: We got an employee (Melissa) that allowed to her self to use a photo that is was not hers and she was immediately fired from our company,We control approximattely the emails of our employees, but we can not control all of them!

This is not because that an employee has used a fake photo that it`s not hers, it means that all the casino is fake!?

In any case now, Melissa she is not working any more here at our company.

Regarding the logo`s as we wrote to Guard dog:

The website designer for affearning, as a non-industry person, did not clearly understand the instructions in designing the site and incorrectly listed CAP; Affiliate guarddog and Gpwa' because he was looking to do the same as like on the other affiliate programm, and we had no paid attention to this.
This error was made immediately when the casino were online, when we got email from Affiliate guarddog and GPWA, we immediately took the logo`s out from our site.

I hope that now the things is clearer.

Robert.

I have some emails from "Melissa" as well. I called them out on a few things and in the reply from them they stated, quote "In top of that we are already in contact with affiliate guarddog in order to sponsored by them also:)"

Their reply to me about other things I called them out on actually gave me quite a chuckle, I don't like posting emails, but I will if I need to.

There was a very brief set of emails between Melissa and myself regarding sponsorship where she asked about sponsorship. Eric followed up with more details on the program. I never followed up with them from that point on. Those are the facts, anyway :)

Here's proof that Melissa was in contact with affiliate guarddog to become a sponsor:

"I have edited the last comment of the thread.* I’ll get back to you regarding sponsorship, but we only take the very best programs.* We would have to certify your terms and conditions (affiliate contract) as well as do a lengthy look into your program and casinos.* If all turned out well, then sponsorship is possible.

Ok, good to know. I had actually written in one of my replies to Melissa that I would work with the program if they got AGD certified, but the response I got from her turned me off of the program altogether. Maybe they will turn out to be a good affiliate program, but for now, I wouldn't go near them myself.

Well I'm sorry but that is a pretty pathetic excuse. If I was sub-contacting the front page of my website I would make damn sure I thoroughly checked every detail before putting it online.

I had a series of quite long Skype conversations with Melissa. At first she seemed quite friendly, but soon became pushy and then annoying. However, despite her un-professionalism I was seriously considering adding their casino to my site, but when I Skyped Melissa with a minor concern that I had, she basically turned round and called me a liar!
She wound me up so much that I immediately removed her from my Skype contacts - the first time I have ever done that to anyone.

I did get an e-mail apology from Robert or Eric (?) when I told them about it, but for me the damage was done. If "Melissa" really has left their company it can only be a good thing. Whether they are a professional company which affiliates can be comfortable with is another question...

As I mentioned above, Melissa is no longer in our company, because of professional error, so now it is behind us!

Affiliates wishing to cooperate with us, are invited to send me an email to robert@affearning.com I'd be happy to assist you and satisfy you like our other affiliates that are already registered with us.

Robert, it is not behind you, not when your (Eric's) attitude sucks in the e-mail to me. I was VERY objective. Your reply made me furious, and confirmed your status as 'won't be around long'.

Robert, I did ask you not to promote your site or ask affiliates to contact you in order to gain affiliates. Do not do this again, please... we had that conversation via email and you said you understood.
