We were in touch with Rank affiliates, even via skype. We agreed on a call, but the person in our team who communicates with them got sick, so we agreed to reschedule the call for later. Our contact person - Younes - agreed with that. Meanwhile, we received a mail from Natalia. She said Younes was no longer working for them and she would like to arrange a call with us. We received this mail on 12.11. We responded on 18.11. and at the same time, we tried to contact Natalia via skype. At that time, our account was blocked and no one has contacted us since. We also tried to contact Rank affiliates via other channels, but without success. After posting a complaint on this forum, Rank Affiliates contacted us on Friday 20.12, that they would like to arrange a skype call with us and we immediately agreed and asked them to specify date and time suitable for them. We are awaiting their reply as we would like to resolve this issue ASAP.We have reached out to the affiliate several times in attempt to better understand their marketing activity, but didn't get a response.
