Hello AGD community,

We present you the real revenue share audit report for ZenCasino Affiliate.

They have 1 casino brand: Zen Casino.

We deposited EUR 15 via Skrill with the welcome bonus. However, due to full account verification needed for playing with this bonus, we played without it:

We started playing some slots:

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:

For the deposit of EUR 15, the RS Commission was EUR 4.36.

Our revenue share commission is 45% which means that the Net Gaming Revenue should be EUR 9.69.

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 9.69/15= 64.59%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
  • 25% = 16.15 %
  • 30% = 19.38 %
  • 35% = 22.61 %
  • 40% = 25.84 %
  • 45% = 29.07 %

They calculate the bonus into the results apparently. Is there still a possibility to refuse the bonus via the notification? If so, it would be fantastic to see if refusing it will affect this.

Yes, but its still calculated into the affiliate system's results (see "Bonus: 22.50") - so I meant that the operator calculated it into the results, not the audit. A bonus was granted even though it wasn't used. I was wondering whether cancelling the possibly still-waiting bonus would affect the results. If the system insists on keeping that Bonus 22.50 there, it means they have some nasty policies being used in the calculations.

Zencasino Affiliates have changed to : PartnersClub Affiliates. Hence why I've posted this here, 5 years later.

Why these programs feel it's OK to treat "bonus" as cash, when it's not until wagering is met. Even then it's debatable until it's actually withdrawn.

Point of reference... The casino with treat "bonus/s" as 'monopoly money', until wagering is met. Try withdrawing the "bonus" before wagering is met. You'll be told it still needs wagering.

Hence using it to calculate NGR, is a scam.

Add that to "admin fees" and your getting treated like a MUG!
