So xxxwww.wpnaffiliates.com/ they are the program for americas card room.

Here is the issue, the poker players can launch the casino thru the poker client, play slots, bj, all types of casino games. BUT they do not pay on any casino revenue. they only pay on poker revenue. so your player can deposit $1k which you pay 7% fee on every deposit, load up the casino, lose it all, and you make nothing, but pay a $70 fee for the deposit. You only get paid on poker revenue.a

I visited the program, to view their affiliate T&C's. Couldn't find any.

Thought, maybe I need to click the registration page, the T&C's are sometimes located there... Nope, the T&C's were not there either. Unless it's hiding on me, there does not seem to be any T&C's to view, or worse, agree to be bound by.

@abc - Given this program has no T&C's you can read, why on earth would you sign-up with them! I surely wouldn't ;)

You can find it only through Google. xxx.wpnaffiliates.com/terms/

There is no paragraph that stipulates casino play through the poker client. In my opinion it should be within your right to demand payment for this activity. The operator might not be legally obliged to honor this but it would be fair to pay what you are owed. They should also add a term about this in the future to prevent any such confusion from happening again.

This affiliate program also seems to have been operating since a few months so I am sure you are not the only affiliate affected by this. If they do not pay the casino play, they must have already earned a decent amount doing this.

worst part is you pay 7% on every deposit and withdrawal. so someone puts in $1000 and you pay $70 fee. them make 10k Playing BJ and withdraw and you owe them $700.

They refuse to say where the casino money goes and who is in charge of it, have all emails as proof.

Only reason i started working with them is that there are very few programs that have poker for US players.

If they are already doing this to you, you are most likely not doing your customers any favor by redirecting them to this joint.
Do I understand correctly that this affiliate program was formed just last year?

That domain was formed recently. However, the affiliate programs for America's Cardroom, Black Chip Poker, True Poker, and Ya Poker have existed for many years.

It is true that they do not pay for casino revenue. They also have a sports book. They do not share sports book revenue either. It is also true that they charge 7% of deposits and withdrawals to affiliates. These charges are not against commissions, but against MGR. Still, I dislike the practice very much. I have brought it up on numerous occasions to the affiliate managers to no avail. I have even lobbied the CEO of the company via email, Skype, and in person at conferences.

Thus fair I've failed to get paid for sp/ca. I'm not sure what it would take to get them to budge on this issue. One might only have leverage if they want you as an affiliate, not the other way around.

The lack of commissions on sports and casino as well as the fees we pay for them are what I dislike most about these programs. They are all now housed under the WPNaffiliates website, but can be reached individually as well.
