Can anyone please tell me if these numbers look ok? I don't really understand why commissions are only €6

Less - 269.00 (bonus)
NGR = 1,019.2

(they have NGR as €1,000.21)

I'm guessing they take €18.99 fees?

But I have no idea how they end up with Total Commission €6.81

Did you have another player(s) do a chargeback in a previous month(s)?

I'm guessing this is GiGAffiliates (aka Guts)?

I stopped promoting them because to me, their stats always seemed iffy... Especially after they migrated to their new aff program.

Yes, these are GIG's stats and no, I don't see any chargebacks in last month stats.
However, now it shows me €250 commissions for the last month so I don't know

Well it seems like whatever was causing the issue, has not righted itself.

Or maybe, the AM from GIG viewed the thread and fixed it!

Either way, least you got your rightful commission and I'm guessing you've been paid now
