WinADay/Slotsland Roulette issue

Hey everyone,

Last week we were contacted by a player complaining of abnormal results when playing Roulette at WinADay casino. Our testing of the LA Roulette game showed the complaint to be valid

The problem only happens when betting only on one wheel of either of the Roulette games at WinADay/Slotsland casinos and results in no wins for the player when betting straight up on a number. Having alerted the casino to the issue and they have confirmed that there is an issue, removed the affected games and are now trying to contact all affected customers.

As the contact details for some customer may no longer be valid i'd ask that everyone to let their readers know. If any customers do get in contact with you, forward them on to me and i'll make arrangements.

Just to finish up, i'd like to say how happy it's made me to see WinADay/Slotsland casinos acting so swiftly and doing the right thing! In similar situations previously, i've been met with hostility. It's really refreshing to see a casino take on board an issue and move to rectify it.

Update - the end of this report has been changed. WinADay decided to refund players losses as a bonus rather than cash. To be up front, the bonus was larger than the cash loss, but this should have been an alternative offer not the frontline policy. Any players who complain will be offered a refund alternative.
