Why this site gets a lot of traffic !

the site I have found ranking for numerous keywords (top10casinosites.net) is outranking most sites with their SEO ..................

and I have found out why.............just get some .EDU home page links and up and up your ranking go through the roof.

now tell me can you buy such a link or is the site hacked ?

Site is hacked. It's running on wordpress and use a few plugins (could be outdated) which is easy for anyone to check the source for and find vulnerabilities in.
That's my bet on how they got in without looking too close into it, also one of the reason I prefer to create my own solutions.

I didn't look to this specific website posted above, but in the past I have bought some .edu links (for a website not related to gambling) so it's not necessary a hack.

Total waste of time and energy worrying about this stuff.

I've given up caring, I make sure my sites aren't an easy target, it's the best you can do imho.

Yep, I act the same with blackhat sites. Despite all the pandas pinguins and other p animals - there is always a hole in the system.
