The Revenues for Poker, does include a negative carry over. None of the above revenues are bundled together.
I'm confused as to why Chance would leave in the negative carry over on poker but remove it from casino earnings. As a rule, the only negative from poker is a result of chargebacks or fraud. I would think that there would be very few instances where this clause would come into play.
What bothers me most though is that poker is being singled out in this case. As a poker affiliate (exclusively), I will have to pass. No sense being the poor cousin to the casino affiliates.
