Why does Mr Green's UK license not show in other countries?

Never get mailers from them and never hear from affiliate manager so only just noticed the UK license has gone.
Anyone have the details of this?

I'm also seeing a lot of comments about slow payments.

What are you talking about?? did you contact them and did you ask an Affiliate manager? License still showing on website and also at Gambling Commission website ?> https://secure.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/PublicRegister/Search/Detail/39264

Also last emails received on 27/11, 20/11, 13/11 , 6/11 etc every monday. And they dont seem to have any direct AM since they changed long time ago. Sorry did not mean to have a dig at you mate. Just find it a bit hmm to make a title like that without doing the homework first.

PS this was the last Affiliate Manager joined them though shows only covering Scandinavia. https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/community/threads/new-affiliate-manager.10692/ But i would asume if you email them they can tell them. I have not promoted them that hard as never got good results with them only loads of clicks

Their license is on their website, but just if you enter their website with an IP from the UK. That's fine because UK license is just for people residing in the UK. UK license makes no sense if you're living outside the UK.

I find their withdrawal processes too long and too annoying. I appreciate Green Gaming and all that crap, but just pay players on time. That's the basic. Some brands tend to forget that.

Personally I do not understand why you would hide the ukgc license outside the uk, have different t&c etc etc. I see it as a badge of honour even if it doesn't apply to me.

As for complaints, as Biti says, iy is the very slow payments that are not popular.

I am more like "Show me what's relevant". I find it very cheap those footers with 12 licenses, 9 fake awards and 17 "Seals of Approvals".

Also, UK license doesn't impress me at all. Thanks to UKGC I am not confronted anymore with Jack and the Beanstalk when not logged in, but I still see hundreds of crappy brands with a license.

If crap like Nektan still has a license, what's it worth?

I get what you are saying, there are probably 600 crappy brands just from Nektan, Progress Play, Aspire, Cassava and Jumpman. All with UK license.

However the point is I would like to see all licenses displayed. Forget the fake awards and fake recomendations from affiliates, these mean nothing. But I would much rather play at a ukgc licensed casino than a Curacao only casino.

They are all weak regulators but UK is top, Malta 2nd and that is it for the big boys.

If nothing else having them all visible helps reviewers. But as a player if I play at a Curacao only casino then I have absolutely nowhere to turn if they screw me.

I get your point, sure thing a casino with a UKGC is usually more trustable than a casino with just a Curacao license.

But it could also give a false security-feeling, as a non-UK resident, you can't go to UKGC. If the brand has just a UKGC license, you can basically go nowhere. Just to court.
