Jonathan, can you contact me as I need to info from you or someone at C-Planet about my stats. I sent in 2 emails and have yet to get a reply. Please send me your skype name so we can chat.

I just read an earlier post from you guys about:
"This pledge includes giving attention to the GPWA and AGD affiliate forums and generating prompt replies to affiliate support e-mails. "

Nice to be appreciated

Thanks C-planet, it's really nice to be ignored and screwed out of our monthly earnings after giving years of great exposure and effort.

Guess it's been pretty obvious for a while now where these guys are headed.

I'm surprised they're not on AGD's Predatory Casino Affiliate Programs.

I can't remember which forum exactly but the few threads that i've read were enough to scare a small affiliate as me to not go there.

What gets me is that the issue with C-Planet is being ignored here and over at GPWA. C-Planet is not responding to affiliates' e-mails and there's also rumors that they're not paying player winnings as well.

Can someone please tell us what's going on with C-Planet? All the signs are there that this program is going rogue fast. Please don't sweep this matter under the carpet again.

I'm quite confused about this to be honest. At both forums, the threads that i've read concerning C-Planet aren't all that positive. Although there are a couple of webmasters who seem to think they're ok, there are plenty others who think otherwise. And the ratio wasn't hard for me to make my choice.

Or maybe C-Planet did get better at one point. Good enough to be certified here and at GPWA I suppose.

And now bonusgangster's getting ignored and you talking about rumors that they're not paying player winnings. Hmmm

I guess it's only a matter of time before the truth comes out.

If you read some of threads made about C-Planet at GPWA you'll note that there was some issues about them not paying their players.

Yes they have been certified by GPWA and AGD and the deal was signed between the respective parties in good faith. It's about sustainability, it's pointless you have a program that starts out fantastic but can't hack it in the long run.

The problem started when C-Planet refused to communicate with affiliates. All we want to know is, is the program still in operation, if not we'll pull their banners, reviews etc. from our sites. Most affiliates got burned bad by BCP, and believe me we don't want to get screwed over again.

This is one of the first programs we did really well with - back when Ben was the AM and the conversion was really good. We have never really had much issue with them but the stats have certainly gone downhill over the last year. I have just noticed over the last few months that when we are having a good month with them, there seems to be an end of the month loss on the last day or so and I can normally chat with someone about it but now i can't get anyone to reply to any form of communications with them.

We removed them for a couple months while there were processing issues, and then noticed lots of deposits without us actively promoting them, so we started pushing them again. I am not ready to write them off, but no contact is sure pissing me off.

Sorry for the delayed response, i was camping in the northwoods with no real access to the website or emails.

This IS a huge problem. As a history lesson (in regards to AGD), C-Planet was once a sponsor when they had about 1-2 years of perfect communication and perfect payments. When that payment history started to decline, I removed their sponsorship (even though they were willing to continue sponsoring).

Since that time they have gotten new AM's and communicated better, then lost AM's and communicated worse. Now it is to the point that players are not being properly paid and affiliates are almost never paid on time OR communicated with.

As such, this week I'll take a vote with the certification team to determine how we proceed with C-Planet. I wish it were different, but communication is a weakness that always ends in a company going under. I fear C-Planet will soon be in the same position... no longer able to pay anyone.

Just guessing here... In the meantime I will throw them into the rogue section so that nobody new signs up.

Another mystery player yesterday wiped out entire months earnings on Rushmore. These guys are obviously skimming and not even trying to hide it anymore.

You're not the first that has complained about this issue with C-Planet, I definitely think something is up.

What also gets me is the amount of banned players we have. I'm not saying that this specific program is dishonest, but this creates an area for debate. Since we'll never know whether a specific player/s have been legally banned or not. Ultimately speaking this is yet another grey area where certain online casinos might be "stealing" players from hardworking affiliates.

That's very interesting - is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Up until yesterday, I was on the verge of having my best month with C-Planet by quite some way only to find that I lost a little under $1k in commission overnight.

To be fair, its only the first time it's happened and I'm obviously just a bit gutted, but would still be interested in hearing other people's experiences ...

Aprox. 20% of my players banned. I've mentioned it in the past.

I put up with nine months of big 'winners' at c-planet. I would build up 5 to 10k commissions and then the last day or two of the month a big winner would clean it all out except for about $1200. over those nine months I averaged 1160 a month in earnings and 12000 a month in deposits... I think that says it all about c-planet.

I am a little slow, so the final straw for me was when c-planet removed over 9k from my account that was owed to me and never even bothered to personally tell me why or show any kind of a record on my account.

I found out later on some forum post that it was supposed to be due to the QT seizures, but I never received an accounting or even a polite FU from them. I also found their explanation lacking, as they removed the 9k a month and a half after the seizures.

In all fairness I do have to say that yesterday I did receive $380 from them for existing players I have with them and I have not sent them a click in over three months.... lol

I see emails from Joe Brown dated june in the messaging system.
So he must have been there in another role perhaps.

I think they have a lot of atonement before they can garner anything but a rogue status here at AGD. Maybe Joey/Joe Brown will step up and act as the AM here at AGD. I'm sure it won't be fun in the beginning, but so long as all the wrongs are made right - maybe they can win back a little faith from some.

At this point it would be suicide to promote them (unless huge changes are made). used to love this group, but late payments / no payments have plagued them for some time now.

We had over 6k in commissions 3 days ago. Now its under 2k. I even predicted it a week ago - told one of the other guys here to expect the commission to at least halve by month's end.

We found a few months back that they subtract non-cashable free chips and bonuses from revenue, and leave them there even when the player accounts are banned or dormant. We asked for them to be cleared out like Affiliate Edge and other decent RTGs do and were basically told "too bad, so sad".

These guys used to be good but they are utter crooks now.
