Who do I send Intercasino Spam too

Received this today, to 1 of my company's email addresses, which is not widely shared. It's certainly never been used to subscribe to anything online. And, I'm not about to unsubscribe from a mailer etc, I never subscribed to in the first place!

I have a static IP... Simple ask this clown for the IP used to double optin to his/her spam list...
