Hi all, I've just started in this affiliate thing and only have an account with Bet365 at the moment. I have users that come from everywhere worldwide (Europe, China, US, anywhere). Is there a list somewhere of the best conversions by country or a service that automatically serves an ad based on location? Thanks in advance.

Other good solutions are Adbutler - which is a third party ad serving service: AdButler | Ad Serving | Banner Management | AdButler.com

Not sure I understand your question - AdPeeps and the others are just ad serving solutions. They can all handle high traffic volumes without problems.
