I am interested in knowing if others have had the same experience as I have and if they have been able to solve it. I have been struggling with Skrill for 6 months now trying to get my account set up properly. I am wondering if we have gone back to the dark ages for customer service and intelligence! 1)I was given a contact name at Skrill and he started off responding to my e-mails and saying that he can assist me finishing off my account set up. Now he doesn't reply to any of my e-mails. Nothing bad said, he just ignores them. 2)I then started trying to use the general help e-mails. They were slow at getting back to me but I will say that these people seem very low level and even combative. One said he can help but then didn't reply because your replies go to a general mail box and a different person picks i t up. The next person says it can't be done. A pretty bad system and these guys seem to get paid to respond but not think or help. HERE IS WHAT I NEED TO FIGURE OUT: I live in North America. My country is on the approved list for Skrill countries. I am trying to link my bank account to my SKRILL account. Payments to North American banks must go through an intermediate bank and then onto the North American bank. This requires the intermediate bank information to be put into the system but Skrill only allows one set of information to be entered. The original account manager indicated that this needed to be done manually but does not respond anymore. I have talked to someone that has done this with Neteller. DOES ANYONE HAVE A HIGH LEVEL CONTACT AT SKRILL OR PAYSAFE THAT WILL RESPOND TO E-MAILS OR KNOW HOW I CAN SOLVE THIS ISSUE?
