Which promotional offer do your customers want?

Hello guys,

We would love to hear your views on the kind of promotions that your clients wish to get when deciding to either join or continue playing at a casino.

IMO most important is a good, fair welcome bonus (low wr), monthly reload bonus and VIP program. A no deposit bonus will attract more players, but also lots of bonus abuser and fake accounts.

Occasionally cashback, contests, tournaments and so on are also good to motivate players to play (and deposit). However, all of the above is not as important as being a reputable, reliable online casino with fast withdrawals and great customer support!

A reliable, safe, honest gaming environment where they will get paid and are not angle shot on the ambiguous or changing terms.

That should be a given - but sadly it's not.

I would consider that the most important thing as a player - and bonus should only be the icing on the cake.

@DoggyStyle and @pinkeytoe,

Couldn't agree with you more on the issue of trustworthiness!!! Unfortunately people’s perception about our market is not the best one. This, in my opinion, arose due to the opportunistic view certain individuals had on the market and the business models followed at the initial stages of the online gaming market formation. Unfortunately despite the fact that some serious and professional organisations entered the market still they haven’t managed to turn this perception around yet; the market has not regulated itself, either via a global Gaming regulation/standard/body etc or via self-regulation. On the self-regulation part I believe that a significant part is due to the players. From your reply you sound like one of the few players/affiliates that are not a typical example of a player who is only looking to benefit from a bonus without considering other factors such as the uncertainty of the gaming result, trustworthiness of a casino, proper customer support, or security of operations and customer data.

The fact that the majority of customers don’t even consider these factors before registering or playing at a casino is one of the reasons why the market hasn’t managed to self-regulate; should the market competition been more fierce, and players made their choice based on a more holistic approach in regards to their preferred gaming establishment, then the casinos that are not currently applying the best practices or are not up to the standard set by the players themselves would either go out of business, or adapt and apply these standards.

To be honest for many different reasons, either this may be strategic, political or other, I do not believe that a Gaming regulation body for the time will be a reality. So for the time being the only ones that have the power to cause some change in the market are the players themselves along with those professional entrepreneurs that have a strong belief in a healthy market.

The reason I am saying all these is because both of you suggested that the bonuses are not the only means for attracting, keeping a player; something we at 247livebet Casino wholeheartedly agree with. Maybe this is my personal way of doing my intense feelings in regards to this market and the way that it operates and how we could all be the driving power for the change we all, I hope, aspire to.
