I'd love to push this promo, but find this kind of thing deeply frustrating for a number of reasons.

Primarily, you haven't given us enough information to market this promo.

1) What is the minimum deposit to qualify for the 25 Free.
2) Is this $25 free or 25 free spins. If it's free spins, what is the maximum value of each free spin.
3) What are the wagering requirements for the 25 free.
4) Is there a maximum cashout for winnings from the free money
5) Is this open to new players only, existing players only or both
6) Is there a landing page for this specific promo I can send players too - I couldn't find one and there's no mention of the offer on the 'promotions' page of CashOLot.

It's not just you guys that do this. I would estimate that 9 out of 10 promos I get from affiliate programs I don't use because they don't give me enough information and don't have a landing page. I haven't got time to be chasing up details from affiliate managers that they should have been providing in the first place.

Can I just say to refilliates and to any other affiliate managers out there.. This is a major pet gripe of mine. You never give us enough information so we can promote it. You all too often just throw something together and expect us to perform miracles with little or any real information. You all as a group need to start giving us the nitty gritty in what exactly is to be promoted. So we can then communicate this to potential players..

You want to know what I do, when I get promotions with little info on, especially when I visit the main site to grab that info, which seldom materialises when I visit.. I IGNORE IT COMPLETELY.. I literally delete those so called "promotions" and forget all about them.

So let that be a lesson to you all. If you want us to promote something, then give us the information so we can!.

This is common to a lot of Rival Casinos. A few years ago most of them stopped printing the terms of their offers on their webpages and instead only showed the fine print inside the cashier at the point the player claims it. Only then do they find out that the bonus has to be wagered 100x with a minimum and maximum cashout of $100 etc. No doubt they did this because the terms were so bad that no-one who read and understood them would bother to claim them.

When it comes to daily or weekend offers, it is not always possible to put up a webpage because of time constraints / resources. I checked a few random Rival sites:

These all advertise the wagering terms of their sign up bonuses on their sites, so new customers know what they are signing up for. Existing customers know that new promotions are found in the cashier, along with terms and conditions. I personally subscribe to over 50 (top) casinos and when checking their offers, most of them don't have a landing page for their weekly mailers, so this is not an issue exclusive to Rival brands.

That said, we always welcome constructive feedback. For future mailings, we will set up a landing page with all the info that players and affiliates can view.

First one I looked at, ThisIsVegas:

I must be honest and say that I have hardly looked at a Rival casino for over 2 years due to having such bad experiences with almost all of them as both a player and affiliate. So it is good to see that some like yours Dieter are now doing the right thing, but a lot are not.
