NCO doesn't bother me when I have trust ;) I do trust Nick. He's a good dude. He should be in here shortly to respond, I think :) Thanks to all those who have supported AGD thus far in signing up! Every little bit helps

Well, I do care about NCO. I'm kind of surprised they have NCO. as far as I know all the Betosoft Casinos that I promote do NOT have NCO. if I had the choice I'd rather have Bundling instead. at least you start a clean slate at the end of the month

That's just silly. I TOTALLY trust iNetBet, CWC and Bet365 - but being stuck in the red, earning nothing for up to 2 years at a time is useless to a small affiliate like myself. I have bills to pay you know.

I made the mistake of signing up with those guys before I realised just how bad NCO can be - never again.

of course I want a affiliate program I can trust. but, I do agree with KK, with the few affiliate program that I do promote that have NCO, I'm lucky if I make $200 in a year. it's totally disgusting.

Hi All,

Thanks AGD for certification and the warm welcome from you all.

While NCO may not be for everyone - and I can appreciate that - situations like KasinoKing suggested can be looked at on a case by case basis and a solution found with the affiliate.

We are trying to build a true partnership between program and affiliate and I believe we have a successful formula to do so.

I'm looking forward to working with you all and will be available on AGD to answer any questions and deal with any issues.

You can also catch me via the deets below.

Cheers,

Nick Yap

i have to agree, i had this talk with many managers over the years, some argue and this is the most common argument i hear, "it is not possible to run a fair and sustainable affiliate program without nco"

This is simply not true, this would entail that all players referred to a casino, are coming from affiliates sites, this is just not true. I will leave one example, recently i logged in at a friends house, some dude comes in sees the name of the site we are playing and goes home chipping in 500 deposit on a weekly basis, now, this is money to burn and will pay a lot of bonuses or other upkeep the casino might have. truth is once we post and get the word out to our traffic, they are bound to get a lot of untagged traffic and brand exposure.... My point is that if you are a small affiliate and you have a program with NCO you will probably not make much money, and i already made some with NCO programs, but once that one whale hits 50k on a slot, im done with my site network, i can never recover from such blow, the option is to promote the rivals of said brand... so i agree, NCO and quotas are really bad, i would take a CPA and risk losing some on bigger players over the NCO any day of the week.

I do promote some NCO brands.. But I also except them to be reasonable and I have found that to be the case with nearly all of them.. When a player hits a 50k jackpot.. I email my aff manager and explain, hey I like your program and your going to have to untag this 50k winner and reset my balance to 0 or I'm going to have to remove you from my site as its no longer profitable for me to keep you up. I have never been told no, and I don't think any affiliate manager with any business sense would do so.

Noted this only works with large jackpot winners.. You can go a few thousand in the hole for months.. and while I agree it does suck not to get reset every month, as an affiliate that mainly promotes US facing programs I would rather send my traffic to a trusted NCO source then an untrusted source that may steal my money / players or close up shop anyway.

JMO.. My main point is.. If you are 5k+ in the hole for more then a few months, or have a very large winner.. Contact your affiliate manager and ask what can be worked out so you can keep promoting them..

That's sound advice. I'm going to give AffCash a try and see how I go with them.

How are the first few days of promoting AffCash for those who have started?

Also - anyone who has signed up under AGD, please let me know (PM or email). I would like to verify the tracking of AffCash to make sure things are going smoothly.

thanks in advance!
