Look, I don't want to be just seen as the guy who bashes every new operator who appears on AGD - but how about telling us at least something about your casino / sportsbook / poker/ bingo / knitting game or whatever it is you run???

Thanks,
KK

Hi KasinoKing,

Thanks for your reply! And of course, here is some information about the brands we work with:

MyBookie.ag is a predominantly North American-facing, single-wallet Sportsbook, Racebook and Casino in its 5th year of operation. We offer in-game betting, a props builder, live-dealer casino as well as a robust casino offering overall with 3D slots, video poker and more. Our Racebook features 200+ tracks, a great deal of specialty bets and a 8% rebate to clients. Our site is 100% responsive adapting to all sizes and mobile devices. We offer attractive bonuses and rebate programs, ongoing contests and promotions, 24-hour customer service in English and Spanish, and a wide range of deposit and payout options.

XBet.ag is our younger, edgier brand. It is still focused on the North American market but in an effort to appeal to younger audience you’ll notice bolder imagery, brighter colors and a focus on some of the events appealing to the younger crowd like MMA and eSports. XBet is still managed and serviced by the team at MyBookie so the customer service is top notch, the product offering is broad and the customer retention and cross-promotion are very strong selling points.

BetUSRacing.ag offers the same great products and services as MyBookie and XBet but with a strong emphasis on horse racing. Offering the best in International thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing at more than 200 tracks around the globe; as well as articles, insight and betting tips geared to both novice and experienced horse bettors, BetUSR appeals to horse racing enthusiasts. Offering generous signup and reload bonuses and an 8% race rebate BetUSR is a standout Racebook.

Apuestele.com is our Spanish-language sportsbook, racebook and casino geared to the Latin American and Spanish market. Soccer is featured more prominently with a wider range of leagues and an overall look and feel that differs from the other brands to cater to the International market.

MYBCasino.ag is a stand-alone version of the MyBookie casino offering 250+ games. We offer a range of software including Concept, Nucleus, BetSoft & Live dealer with 3D slots, video poker and progressive jackpots. We are big on bonuses, promotions and contests and offer a personalized experience for our customers Our overall RTP is 98.4%.

We also have a new stand-alone casino coming up: BigSpin Casino, more details to come when we launch it!

Best regards,
Shawn Lynch

.AG domain names? Why have you chosen to use such ccTLDs?

Any other countries? What about Australia?

I realised when Shawn posted the brand names above that I am already working with you guys

I have a problem with very strange stats in my back-end. Sent an e-mail about it to your Jane & Erin on January 3rd and got no reply
Maybe now you 2 are on the forum I can get some answers!
See separate thread in your section here.

Cheers,
KK

I'm not sure of the history with how or why our company choose a .ag domain when they did. I assume the .ag came from a time and place and trend mind you, after a number of .com gambling domains were seized many years ago in that Kentucky fiasco. It took many years of litigation but most if not all of those seized domains were returned to original owners. I don't think the US courts can as easily seize a .ag domain. The .ag is a ccTLD linked to Antigua which has won every WTO gambling trade dispute going with the US.

There is a list of banned countries we don't service.
The list is found on our FAQ page about 4 items down.
I'd post a link if I could.

Australia is not on the banned list so we would accept and service players from Australia. Our main Geos will be the US and North America. Their are a number of other Spanish Speaking markets that are well supported such as Mexico and Spain and parts of Latin American. We also support most English speaking countries: US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, parts of Europe.

Feel free to email Shawn or Myself directly to answer your question.

Here you go: http://webpartners.co/faqs-help-center/

I noticed the UK's not on the banned list but you don't have a UK license? Seems a little risky IMO, especially for any UK based affiliate.

We are not seeking UK specific casino traffic. The UK is not on our banned list but this could change. UK players have many alternatives and UK licenced affiliates know the drill and who to work with to betterservice their UK players. We don't deny a UK player join but the deposit options will be limited. We are Licenced in Curacao and Costa Rica.

The UK is a fully regulated market (not grey) so this is actually flat out illegal, just FYI.

"Gambling operators who are not licensed by the Commission will be acting illegally if they advertise to consumers in Great Britain or provide them with remote gambling facilities. If illegal advertising occurs, the Commission will take action and may seek to prosecute."

From: https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/pdf/Guide-to-gambling-advertising-codes.pdf

As you're not UK based I could see it being hard to enforce but it's also illegal for any affiliate site to advertise a non-licensed operator that accepts UK customers to a UK visitor.

So for us to include you on any site (even one that doesn't target the UK at all) we'd need to either block UK IP's from the site or geotarget to not show the brands in the UK, both of which aren't perfect. If you didn't accept UK customers there would be no issue.

The UKGC is also getting quite toothy and we've seen some huge fines for advertising getting dished out to operators and a couple of token prosecutions against youtubers who were promoting CGSO gambling sites (although in the most famous case it also turned out that the people promoting it also owned it so technically operators, but the UKGC didn't know that at the time) - so they're not hollow threats.

Hence my earlier comment about UK based affs perhaps wanting to be a bit cautious...
