Hi Blue Orange Partners,

you should consider to change something in your terms, because this is really very small webmaster unfriendly:

"7. Payment*
[...]
7.2 The Commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be made by the 15th of the following calendar month, provided that the amount due exceeds €500 or a higher amount chosen by the Affiliate. If the balance due is less than the Minimum Threshold, it shall be accumulated and carried over to the following month and shall be payable when the total Commissions collectively exceeds the Minimum Threshold."

I mean, €500 minimum payout, this is too high, and the mere existence serves as a deterrent for small webmaster.

Also, for the principles of transparency, there is a high roller policy with a negative carry over:

"18. Special Cases*

18.1 During any calendar month, if one specific player generates accumulated winnings of at least €10,000, then this player will be considered a large winner and will be covered by the Large Winners policy."
..."

I have absolutely no problem with negative carry over, because I know, that this model provides some stability for the program. A pure no-negative carry over is committing suicide in my opinion for smaller programs. So a high-roller policy is no problem, but should be published to the audience.

The revenue share of 30 % even with Zero new depositors in a month is very fair.

Hi there Leopold,

firstly, thanks so much for taking the time to check us out, including our Terms in Conditions Your critique was actually very useful because there was indeed some misleading and outdated info in there. We took the time to review the points you mentioned and both of them have been corrected:

Payment point- our minimum cashout is indeed 500€ or more but only when it comes to a non-SEPA bank wire; for SEPA bank wires and Skrill payments, minimum cashout is 100€ - this has been updated accordingly.

Special Cases point- we are actually working on this matter at the moment and defining a Larger Winners policy. Also, at the moment we are not working with negative carryover at all - this point has been removed all together from the Toc and will be added/updated once we have our Large Winners policy in place.

Hi raver!
I've been paying bills for two days now, almost there! We usually pay around the 15th (once the cash arrives from the previous month). Everything is extra slow as I am temporarily only person managing 3 jobs and I'm just overwhelmed.

First week of April we have a new Affiliate Manager (with 10+ years of experience) coming in to take care of you guys. He will establish a solid channel of communication and also process invoices and commissions himself.
