I received an email, via one of my sites contact forms, from a Lars Holmström (lars@rankingfrog.com), offering a guest posting link service and he mentioned that he has dealt with many gambling sites before.

I replied, indicating my site, and asked what he could offer me. His reply came back with four sites all of which had no gambling related content at all. I became suspicious and so I did a little digging. His website rankingfrog.com looks legit at first glance. However, it was first registered on 2019-08-08 11:05:25 UTC.

I did an image search on one of his references, Hermann Fischer, and it is a free pixabay image: https://pixabay.com/photos/man-portrait-male-person-human-2785071/.

Be careful of this person should they contact you.

If its to any help, found domain that is not gambling related, that contains a casino post.
I think hes into registering domains that have not been renewed, adding some junkie content and adding links to them.

The name is Swedish (im also Swedish), but did not find any contact info here, so hes most likly based in Malta.

Thanks for the heads up, mate :)

When someone is using a person on their site which, for all intended purposes, is being used as a reference, then that person should be 100% legit. Using a "free image" of a person, and them saying XYZ is great, trustworthy or whatever, is totally bogus and scammy. The risks involved in dealing with such a con-artist can some times cost far more than just money.

If this Lars is such an SEO guru, then he'd know that "speed" is also a contributing factor on Google ranking... However, this ass-clown is using testimonial images which are least 1.5Meg in size, and then resized using width/height coding.

Going on the facts... DaftDog is right on the money with this one.

Lars Holmström (lars@rankingfrog.com) is... a con-man, con-artist, thief, liar and an internet scammer!

Still surprising for you?
I regularly get tons of similar trash, and marketplaces are flooded by similar bullshit.
And in most cases guest post sellers/resellers don't work on behalf of their real names.
I personally cannot imagine real Swede reselling guest posts:)

You know I even get some threats with conditions to like the YouTube videos, comment on it and etc.
And if they didn't see it for 3 days they hurt my ranking building spam links (from adult websites)..
Ooooh, I hate it.

Here are another couple of jokers to be avoided, seems like both Made in Mumbai:

info@dhwaza.com
robertbennett.casino@gmail.com

The first one was sending me guest post offers on some crappy 5-page websites, and then a couple of weeks later asked if I can accept his guest post LOL

And the 2nd one offers homepage links for £420 on sites where you won't wanna see your site even if he pays you.
Example: allslotscasinos.co.uk
