Just wanted to alert anyone that works with Wagershare to be careful they are reneging on deals they make with affiliates.. Apparently verbal agreements(skype chat agreements) mean nothing to this company and they will at any time renege on deals as they see fit! I was just recently dropped in my % on a supposedly new player rule that I never agreed to with my affiliate manager Erika I even have the deal chat to prove this fact. Once I shown this chat to her I was then just ignored!!

Also just so your all aware they have an alarming amount of 'self locked' player accounts, these are usually players that deposit many times... seems a bit odd that there are so many but in any case unless you keep track and ask about your earnings on these players they WILL NOT pay you!! The time frame was 3 months to ensure the player didn't do a chargeback before your paid out on them but now it is set to 6 months from what I hear!!

I see some locked accounts each month and those players have been active for a while and deposited regularly.

I also notice a player winning towards the end of the month when losing the most a day earlier.

I hope this is not common with everybody here as profits have plummetted substantially the last few months.

When visiting the dropped brands piggs and jackpotsinaflash they still carry the slogan they are owned by the Palace group, what is this ?

If I am not seeing an improvement this month they will be removed from traffic spots.

They already fooled affiliates when the minimum player quota was retroactively applied to existing contracts. Things must be going pretty bad for Wagershare these days if they keep breaking agreements on a constant level.

If this company continues to operate like this they will soon only have a few of their spamming affiliates left... and maybe not even them.

I've had similar problems, especially with an amazing number of self-locking players, which I wrote about here in the previous thread about this subject.

The only good news is that I've now found you can see the amounts that are being withheld for future payment due to locked accounts. But it takes some work to find it, here's what I'm doing :

(1) Click 'Statement'

(2) Select a 1 Month period then click Submit. Apparently you have to select exactly 1 month, for example if you select 2 months it will only show the deferred payments for 1 of those months. Also you can't see the deferred payments for the current month, it only works for previous months. At least that's what I've found so far.

(3) Click the [+] symbol on the left of the month.

(4) Click the 'Revenue Share Earned' link to see a full breakdown including the 'Deferred' column.

Maybe other people already knew about that, but it took me some time to find - it's not very obvious!

Anyway I can't comment on commission rates being lowered, but at least I can now see the deferred payment amounts so I can track what I'm owed.

I do think the self-locking players issue is extremely unusual, I've seen over 50% of players choosing to lock their own accounts. If it was just me experiencing this then I could maybe believe it's within the realms of possibility, but with other people experiencing the same thing it just doesn't make sense. People don't sign up then choose to lock their own account within a few weeks, they would just stop playing there. There must be more to this story....

Based on all of these negative reports I am expecting player complaints about their casinos next.

Thanks for the heads up bonustreak,

These guys have contacted me quite a few times over the last couple of months to promote their brands and offer special deals. Each time it is a different person with a different offer e.g 35% or $300 CPA.

I was contemplating adding them, but will not be going near them now.

Wagershare have always had many AM's but I wonder how many there are these days. I am also getting new names almost each time I am being contacted, but there is a 0% chance I will be promoting their brands again. In fact, I would rather advice players to stay away from them.

Given the amount of complaints and warnings of late about Wagershare it seems like the writing is on the wall and another "good" program is on the verge of going bust. Or they simply had enough of affiliates and no longer need us to market their brands.

Yes, I think you are right.
Seems they are preferring to go down the spamming route instead, using false casino websites like SP Casino (Spin Palace) and Bet-2-Day (Betway) to "cloak" the spam they are sending out.

I'm now 99% convinced they are the source of all this spam themselves - otherwise, why haven't they shut it down more than a year since it started?
See this thread at CasinoMeister, if you're not aware of what is going on:
Yet more Palace group SPAM!

I am still promoting them at the moment, but if this spamming doesn't stop soon, I will have to dump them.

It just reiterates the fact that Wagershare or so it seems no longer needs affiliates. Most affiliate programs think they're doing affiliates a favour by paying us a commission every month. When we query our stats we're the bad guys. They seem to forget that without our help most of them won't even make it in this industry.

We'll give Wagershare a month or so and if they continue with their spamming antics we'll be pulling them indefinitely.

Sounds familiar. Players depositing 10+ times that suddenly lock their accounts...

I am in shock with the amount of other affiliates experience the same issues with this program! They seem to not care either about any bad press they seem to be gaining over the shady tactics they are using. I seriously think they are in money trouble. There is not doubt there are big wigs on the upper corp level here making changes.

I was due over $500 from Wagershare this month. They put most of it in their 'six months sin bin' and the rest fell under their payment threshold. Another wasted month with Wagershare. I immediately pulled some links.

I'm late to this thread, but I want to chime in and say that the same thing has happened to me as well -- twice.

We made a deal for a more attractive commission rate, and they randomly changed their minds about it a few months later. Suddenly I was back to earning 25%, so I pulled their links. A couple of years after that, I stupidly made another deal with them, thinking they had changed their ways. WRONG. They pulled the same stunt, essentially stealing a large chunk of the residual income I had expected to earn from the players I sent them.

Steer clear of these thieves. Long term, you will earn only 25% on the players you send to this dump -- assuming they stay in business.

This Locked Player thing at Wagershare happened to me a couple of summers ago. Was the case always the regular players who kept on 'self excluding'.

Needless to say they get bare minumum coverage now ( ie non existant ) and I trust Wagershare as much as I would trust Gary Glitter as a baby sitter for my children....
