VJ not paying and not answering e-mails

A little bit more detail would be useful if you want some help:

Which months' pay are you taking about?
Who have you e-mailed, and when?

I got my October pay (paid into my casino player account) on Nov-2nd.
It is normally in the first week of the month - it's only been later than that twice in the last 2 years.
Note: Their T&Cs say payments are made by the 20th - so they are not late until then.

Haven't had any problems e-mailing them - not that I often have cause to.

Are you talking about Plain Partners? Have you set your account to pay out automatically? Else you have to claim it.

I usually get my wire transfer around the 20th but I think payment to player account is faster if you prefer that.

Correct this is only to cover themselves. They aim to pay all players latest first monday each month now I got that confirmed from Magdalena

Yeah that would be nice I actually spend time helping OP and sent person private message with all the email adr and comments. At least could give a thank you or update here about payment. Not really something that makes you wanna help anyone again....I will stick to only spend my time helping members I see regular here.
