anyone help me?
A little bit more detail would be useful if you want some help:
Which months' pay are you taking about?
Who have you e-mailed, and when?
I got my October pay (paid into my casino player account) on Nov-2nd.
It is normally in the first week of the month - it's only been later than that twice in the last 2 years.
Note: Their T&Cs say payments are made by the 20th - so they are not late until then.
Haven't had any problems e-mailing them - not that I often have cause to.
they always pay wthin first week now if player account. you can claim from 2nd each month.
try these emails.
have sent pm instead
Are you talking about Plain Partners? Have you set your account to pay out automatically? Else you have to claim it.
The terms say they pay by the 20th of the month ..
I usually get my wire transfer around the 20th but I think payment to player account is faster if you prefer that.
Correct this is only to cover themselves. They aim to pay all players latest first monday each month now I got that confirmed from Magdalena

Vera & John Casino.
A NetEnt-based multi-software casino: The affiliate program is Plain Partners.
Strange that the OP (Original Poster) seems to have gone AWOL since starting this thread...
Would be nice if the original poster could react?
I am guessing he or she got paid and forgot about it here....
Plain Partners always pay and always on time.
Yeah that would be nice I actually spend time helping OP and sent person private message with all the email adr and comments. At least could give a thank you or update here about payment. Not really something that makes you wanna help anyone again....I will stick to only spend my time helping members I see regular here.
I think the OP is mia... his/her domain is offline and doesn't have access to that email address since it is bouncing back. Don't get overly frustrated at him/her
