I have an issue with them about non-payment, non-communication, etc. I want to know what everyone else's experience has been.

My problems started with Artur, when he was there and now I've been trying to get paid (we are talking over a year here, folks) - by Cindy Greco. The amount is not small, which must be why they don't want to deal with it. I cannot do anything about this as they have provided me zero information.

Cindy Greco is completely non-responsive despite the amount being quite large. I've given them the benefit of the doubt, but now I'm just getting mad.

When I first contacted Cindy, my account had been closed. Apparently she said for non-activity, which is first case - a lie. Secondly, they owe me over 4,000+ I'd have to check what the exact amount is; and who the hell would send more exposure when they can't get paid.


I realize that a lot of affiliate promote this program, and I urge them to all contact Cindy and ask what gives. My site is not fly-by-night, and we are not up to any shady business. There is no excuse for NON PAYMENT. In fact that is exactly what a rogue program is.

This woman has been around the block for quite a while and should know what she is doing. She earned a reputation over the years. The previous casino she was working for was Ruby Royal, which now redirects to Cool Cat Casino, the group she had been working for earlier. Considering this, I would not be surprised if VIP Affiliate is owned by the same gang.

This is why i stick with a handful of good casinos, i checked out the ones you mentioned and i have noticed nearly every affiliate owed money has dealt with similar casinos.. by that i mean old school web design, no address or company registration number "not that i could find, not looking hard enough perhaps" these casinos are as anonymous as they come, anyone not willing to add any type of real contact information is dubious IMO it seems there is a business in opening up anonymous casinos with the same templates and different logos then stiffing everyone

I started working with VipAffiliate back on May 2016. I had nothing to do with Bernie's account being banned as that happened before I joined them and I had no info from Arthur the previous Manager about why account was banned. Contrary to what many of you may think after reading this; it was upon my request that the company decided to pay him. Bernie has been already paid in full and I made sure he was paid a bit more due to the delay. I am no longer working with VipAffiliate but wanted to make sure everyone here knows I left VipAffiliate making sure my affiliates were properly paid.
