Anyone received their Wires for Videoslots for October as yet?

These guys have started paying on the last day of the month... No payment today as yet for October...

Just an excuse if they know they have an affiliate conference, how about doing something novel and paying out early for a change. That would keep affiliates onside and happy

Yet another example of why Videoslots sucks camel dicks. There is no excuse for this. Videoslots is a large company with over 100 employees, and not one of them can be bothered to stay in the office and pay affiliates on time? LOL.

This is their issue. Always last to pay and unreliable.

I can bet my last Dollar that payments for November which are also now due will not be included with the payment they do for October.

You will probably only receive payment for November sometime in January.... Watch Videoslots blame the festive period for the November run.

They had to save funds for their big private affiliate award party they held at Sigma- There really is no excuse, execute payments a week before the conference. Miles that is a lame excuse, the conference is held in the same city as your office!

Apologies on this matter. Of course, having Sigma or any similar event cannot be an excuse for this delay. Rest assured, this has been addressed and we will make sure that it is not repeated. I am also informed that some payments were already done and rest is being done tonight so everyone should be settled by next week.

Big private party. Did people have to bring their own drinks or are their insane fees used for this kind of events?

Complete crap excuse of Videoslots. They simply do not care about affiliates. Miles & co are hired in to act like they do, but their acts show something else.

They had the biggest stand, right in the entrance and provided plenty of free drinks - so I made sure I had my money's worth!
I sat down for a chat with Miles on Thursday - though late payments was not something we discussed.

I have known Miles for a very long time (way before he joined VS) and he is a straight-up and honest guy IMHO - but corporate decisions (like their high fees and late payments) are not something he has any great influence over (if any at all...)
I think that he his doing his best in a difficult situation, but his hands are tied.

I do agree that as a corporation they do not seem to, let's say "appreciate" their affiliates as much as other programs.
And it is a tough decision whether to work with them or not, despite their size & popularity with players.

As for pay: I got my September pay on NOVEMBER 1st - so pretty late
I'm not due anything for October as it was my 5th negative month this year, due to all their fees & deductions.

Nothing was processed Saturday OR Sunday - Still unpaid.

Are you going to pay October and November together - Or do we have to wait another month again?

They've deducted enough costs to pay this kind of fines.

Payment for October was executed yesterday 3rd December. Wire still takes a few days to come through.

Payment for November is another story - that might appear in January as Miles confirms they will only process between the 25th and 30th.

With all the Bank Holidays this month, I can only assume they will come through the first week of January.

Something must have gone SERIOUSLY wrong at VS... cos they paid me on Dec-12th!
That's the first time in more than a year that it hasn't been right at the end of the month - or slipping into the beginning of the next...
Somebody probably got sacked over that!
