3.7 Restricted Territories You may not actively target customers residing in France or French territories ( Guadeloupe , Martinique , French Guiana , Runion , French Polynesia , Mayotte , New Caledonia , Saint Barthelemy , Saint Martin , Saint Pierre and Miquelon , Wallis and Futuna ) via means including but not limited to online and offline advertising as well as direct marketing . Vegas Affiliates are unable to permit you to actively promote our merchant brands to players using web sites from a . fr based domain .
