Are you guys are using live help to siphon off some USA visitors to one of your affiliate partners?

Visit Red Fush .eu and after a few seconds live help pops up offering an nd bonus, if you bite she then provides you a link.

The first test last night she gave me a link to redflush.net where there is a $25 nd Lucky Red landing page.

The second test tonight she offered me a $10 ND bonus and a link to JPC which was broken btw, resulting in a 404.

I do not understand why a well reputed Microgaming casino would associate itself with any RTG establishment. This is very odd, imo.

Bonustreak reported about this in May last year: Quite a few MG casinos sending USA players to other programs.
See this post: https:// www. affiliateguarddog. com/forums/mg-usa-players-being-sold-rtg-operators-affiliates-left-out-t3996-p3.html#post26775
To save you a click!:-
AllSlotsUSA- directing players to JPC I spoke to Daphna in Vegas she promises that players will be getting tagged to the original affiliate.

Red Flush- has been marketing our U.S. traffic to Jackpot Capital since at least March 28th, probably longer. They have also sent them to Grande Vegas the sister casino of JPC. They have said all players would be tagged to us but nothing has been done or put in place now almost a month later.

RevShare Affiliates (Fortune)- said that they will not be cross marketing our U.S. players to any other US-facing casino

Rewards- No word on this subject

Referback - sending players to Slotastic another sister casino to JPC. These two are actually partnered, you can promote Slotastic through Referback by asking your AM to activate it. This has been going on for a long time so it is legit.

Vegas Affiliates- Sending players to their own new US facing brand FreeSpin Casino no word from them about tagging players but I was contacted in private by someone that is consulting for VA, he promised me they plan to tag players to affiliates.

Villento Brands - up to no good as well all US traffic is directed to these sites Betvillento and betrichreels. I mailed and was not given a response.

Star PartnerUS- Sending players to Jackpot Capital no word on giving affiliates credit.

That's old news and not what really what I'm talking about. I've asked a Wayne couple times if we get credit for the USA traffic and the answer was yes, there is a post confirming it somewhere.

If a usa visitor clicks on a red flush banner, there is the pop up for a USA facing casino with an nd bonus, the visitor can download the casino. This has an RTG affiliate id so we should get some credit for it.

However, there is also a live help that pops up offering the same ND, if you say yes, she provides a link to redflush . net that has the same nd offer, So the ? is are we still getting credit in this senario?

I have placed a 'Cross Promotion' icon on Red Returns as they are sending affiliate's hard-earned traffic over to other casinos without any compensation or tagging. They will also be marked in the ROGUE category for this.

If you are promoting their casinos, you may want to stop until they have clarified why they have sent affiliate traffic (intended for their own casinos) to RTG and Rival casinos.

Hi Andy,

I will gather all the information on this Monday and respond to all questions raised. I have responded to this in the past, however there are technical questions raised here that I would like to get the information on to resolve.

Best regards,
Wayne

Red Returns has returned to certified status and the 'Cross Marketing' label has been removed. We are now satisfied that all issues are resolved.

Wayne / Red Returns will be in today to post and let everyone know the resolution to the issue(s) we had brought up and to make affiliates feel comfortable moving forward.

What time you reckon he'll show up? ... Because I'd kinda like to know why Red Flush sold my info, address, etc.,
to the Club World Group to solicit me through mail that I just received today!

The cross promotion is still very much alive when I visit redflush.eu !!!

also redflush.net has the bonus code for the lucky red !!!

I am having concerns both groups show lack of integrity

Bad all the way around.

I'd love to hear from Affiliate Edge on this issue too.

I would like to see Martyns comments on this too.

This is very BAD practice and should be noted.

Hi Everybody,

Please excuse the delayed response. Due to the time difference I was not able to join the thread immediately.

I have been discussing the issues raised in this thread with Andy to make sure we are able to identify all the issues and resolve them. Below is the response and resolution to the issues raised.

The automatic chat pop link was disabled, however the reference was not removed. This has been rectified.
All US traffic that click the redirect is being tagged to the affiliate. Please note that the no clicks on the redirects are very small at the moment.
The call center staff asked by US players if they could play, were being directed to other brands in chats. Their understanding was that this was ok as we have the redirects in place. They do not understand the complexity of tracking and this has been explained and will not happen again under any circumstance.
We have done another audit of all acquisition and retention campaigns to ensure that our affiliates get credit for any player referred.

IMO any cross promotion done without tracking is unethical. We however have seen great value for our affiliates by firstly introducing the other brand to players with campaigns tagged to the original affiliate. We have converted or reactivated many players for our affiliates and I am sure many here can attest to that. Secondly we started US campaigns to leverage off the legacy Red Flush still has in the US. This revenue stream would be lost to both the affiliate and the casino.

We are working with Affiliate Edge as they are a trusted partner of most affiliates and have a history of good customer service. I can hardly find an affiliate that is not doing business with them. We have done a small offline campaign using the Lucky Red brand. We used data that belongs to the casino and was not sold or shared with Affiliate Edge or the Casino brand. This was sent by us and the data remains with the casino. The bulk of the players in this campaign were from type in traffic and SEO. The few players that belong to an affiliate will remain tracked to the affiliate.

Please let me know if I missed anything and I will address it ASAP.

Best regards,
Wayne

I got the cd and was not from typed in traffic or SEO....just saying....
I can understand that your being transparent with mentioning on the cd this was in partnership with Red Flush etc but what my question to you is can we have a separate system in the affiliate back end so we can track what is happening with our US players we sent you?

I can understand also the online chat being a bit confused since your a marketing agency hired on the behalf of the casino but what I don't get and am still confused about is where this new Rival falls into place?

I'm living in Tenerife, which is classed as Spain. Red Flush do not accept Spanish players (although it's not excluded in the t&c) so will Spanish traffic be redirected to a Spanish-friendly casino?

Hi All,

Similar to Lucky Red we know some of the people working at the new Rival and began discussing marketing initiatives.
There are no plans at the moment to redirect Spanish traffic. I will let you know if the situation changes.
The reporting is manual at the moment as the 2 systems are completely different making it very difficult to generate reports in our back end.

Best regards,
Wayne

Thanks Wayne so these manual reports do affiliates need to request this each month or do you automatically send to them? Another question is this is apparently a situation where you Red Flush are acting as the master affiliate and we the orginal referring affiliates are now your subs.. What part of the earnings your receiving are we getting on this deal? I assume to make it profitable you cannot afford to give us the 35% revshare we originally signed up for .

Hi bonustreak,

The reports are automatically sent to the affiliate if there is revenue generated. If you would like to see the report and there is no revenue you are welcomed to request the report.

The revenue share is discussed and negotiated with each affiliate. There is no generic figure.

Best regards,
Wayne
