URGENT -- Mainstreet Affiliate Tracking Links change to .EU

In light of recent court rulings in Kentucky with respect to the forfeiture order for 132 domain names, it is now imperative that you change all your Mainstreet affiliate links from .com to .eu.

At any time in the near future, Verisign will deliver the control of these domains to the State of Kentucky.

We switched to .eu URLs on May 31st, 2011 and since that time, both the .eu and .com tracking links have been functioning. However, due to the recent court decision we expect the .com’s to stop functioning at any time.

An example of the .eu links are below where the “XXXXX” is your numeric affiliate ID:

If you haven’t already, please login to the Mainstreet Affiliate program, copy the .eu tracking links from under “Marketing Tools” and update on your site. We understand that this is not an easy task and we apologize for any inconvenience this will cause.

Yes. Please be sure to grab the URLs from the affiliate program to ensure you have the correct one. Also see the ones posted above for reference too. Just want to make sure no one would be in a position to lose any traffic.
