Updating profile on Superiorshare

Hi,
I am trying to update my profile on Superior Share but after filling all the info I get this "All previously registered affiliates must update and complete their profile before using the new Affiliate System.", then I am redirected to the same profile page but all my changes are cancelled.

I've done this twice and both times the error popped up.
Can anyone check to see if the problem is general or it is on my end?
