UNRESOLVED: No Payement from Rock Solid Affiliate

I want to inform the guys for non payment followed by insults on behalf of Rock Solid Affiliate.

We are not talking about a colossal sum but just 150 €.

I'm trying to contact manager or manager Mike Messina since the 15th of the month and unanswered until today the 27th to receive unacceptable answers as a friend was going to take my account !! Another person must take my account in this property for which I am paid. It's amazing never seen.

Fortunately for us that it is a very small amount.

I remember that we have had to deal with this person before and even in the past we had bad memories like the conversion that has always been bad.

Nothing came back, so we gave it up recently.
But not it's clear - if the 250 eur is treshold, than we are below this limit with our latest revenues.
So at least now we know the issue.

Still, there is nothing about minimum payment in dashboard.
There is something, however on your website. It says - miminum payment is 200 eur.

What is the minimum payout?
The payment threshold is €200. If your monthly commission is below this threshold, your commission will be rolled over to the next month, until your accumulated commission reaches the minimum payout.

You will have to wait until this threshold has been met to get payment.

Some casinos are raising payment limits lately.
I don't really think it's in compliance with common law (which is above all T&C casinos might apply).
If I earn something, anyone should pay it, no matter the number.
That's what my common sense says.

I have an issue at another brand where payment was not made almost £200 notes. Told it would get sorted in the next couple of weeks. Waited and then asked again only to be told that the payment threshold was £250 for wire transfer.

Looked at the terms and it quite clearly said it was €100. It had no mention of different threshold for different payment options and I was told if I changed payment option to Skrill/Neteller it was €50. So which is it?

Basically make it up as they go along always in their favour of course.

I had posted an answer tree days ago but I see that she has disappeared from this discussion so I repeat.

1 - No letter in the platform of the Rock solid affiliate says there is a minimum to get paid.

2 - I asked on the 10th to the manager Mike Messina this paiement and they confirmed to be done on 15 Net without ever talking about minimum or other.

3 - The minimum payout I know since 2008 is 100 € for Skrill and Neteller.

4 - I sent traffic to rock solid for more than a 10 days for a total of 220 uniques visitors and to paint a single depositor, their conversion is too bad, I already lost a week by sending them traffic and I'm not ready to lose another week for a single depositor again.

5 - I stopped sending them traffic and I do not see why I will not be paid for a player who has deposited more than 250 € in one day in a Cpa Deal.

6 - I had already collaborated with them a few years ago in the past and it is always the same a very bad conversion and payment problems.

I want to warn people of their dishonesty I do not care about the two cents they owe me (150 €). Thieves remain thieves furtunaly for me it's only a small amount.

There is no minimum specified in the account. The 10 I had asked the manager to pay the 150 € and he confirmed that it was going to be sent 15net without talking about minimum or anything.

The manager had answered me on the 27th to tell me that he does not know why my payment was not made and that I was going to receive them surely, and that before we enter into a bad discussion. So forget the idea of the minimum because the manager himself did not talk about that.

@BfjCasino - Firstly let me make myself clear, I am not a representative for the casino, I am an admin for Affiliate Guard Dog and I am trying to assist you to get answers and get paid. It clearly states in the FAQ section the minimum payment threshold.

I will contact the rep and see why he states 250 but the site says 200. It is pretty standard in the industry to have different minimum thresholds for wallets (100euros), bank wires could be over 300 etc...

Like They are alwayse no cent receved and i receved this month twice from two partners 150€ im going to do the necessary. I will take care of his brands and contacting all his others partners to prevent them of the bad conversion and the non payement from this thiefs.

It's like this they done me i talked daily with manager and they confirmed paiement will be done net15 and like you know the two cents are alwayse not receved now it's two months.

please do not intervene in this problem anymore. I'm going to explode them and their shit marks.

If you want realy help i have more than 3.500$ of unpaid from Europe777 casino.

Rock solid are only thiefs i receved two paiement of 150€ one from Smileaffiliate and one from superiorshare affiliate but the Thiefs are thiefs bad conversion and no payement i lost more than 10 days with this thiefs.

They said that you provided a neteller address 'that is not valid for gambling payments'. You will need to find another payment method alternative.
