Unpaid Commission, no response, empty promises... - RESOLVED

Dear All,

The case is as follows: HighAffiliates owes us a commission (2 unpaid invoices, one of which documents a commission dated July 2022). We are sending them reminders almost every week and no progress at all. They simply either dismiss us with laconic answers such as tomorrow, next week, next month, etc. And now they have stopped answering at all.

Here is what their T&Cs sound like regarding the payment of commissions:


4.2 Fee Payment

We will pay you Advertising Revenue on a monthly basis, by the 15th of the next calendar month. If you fail to achieve the minimum amount of €100 Advertising Revenue on a certain month, the earned amount will be forwarded to the next calendar month. All payments will be due and paid in Euro (EUR) currency. In case of a negative balance, negative carry over will not be performed by default. Advertising Revenue will be based upon our good faith calculation based on our statistics. The exact payment method is chosen by the affiliate through a prior agreement with Us.



As this affiliation programme has received a seal of approval from AGD, I would ask the moderation to react on this issue.

In addition, we reserve the right to charge penalty interest on overdue payments (in accordance with EU/UK law) to discipline settlements for the future.

The affiliate was paid and was requested once again to spare us with his traffic source, as getting complaints about an 100EUR invoice gathered over multiple months is not something we like to deal with.

Yes, the 1st invoice has now been paid, but the second invoice (related to Premier Casino) NOT. Still waiting for payment...


The affiliate was paid and was requested once again to spare us with his traffic source, as getting complaints about an 100EUR invoice gathered over multiple months is not something we like to deal with.

If you are unable to pay an invoice for EUR 100+, then write this in the terms and conditions. There it is clearly stated min EUR 100. Secondly, real business is all about professionalism and contact, which I found lacking here. And what's even funnier is that when we start asking you about outstanding invoices you suddenly break off cooperation... OK. I understand that this is your practice. Good luck!

Btw, when will you pay our last invoice (which was due 2 weeks ago)?

Come on High Affiliates, you can do better than this. Over 2k still no paid.

Could you please check our payment status? Also, please mark the program as rouge or at least not affiliate-friendly since they permanently miss payments and ignore partners...
