UK Gambling Commission is following Public Health Guidance and all staff is sent to work from home.
UKGC expects all its licensees to follow the applicable Public Health guidance.
Licensees are expected to consider partial or full suspension of their offering if compliance with LCCP is not achievable.
Reminder for online operators to continue to act responsibly, in regards to customer affordability as they may be experiencing disrupted income, increase social responsibility, onboard new customers in a way that is not exploiting the current situation, gambling products to be tested before released to the market.
