UK company to make affiliate business "legal"

Hi,

I live in small European country, where advertising casinos is prohibited.

I have site where I do that, but there is info, that site is only for people from countries where that casinos are legal.

I do not want to get into trouble. So I think about opening company. I believe this is the best place to ask for that. My idea is to open that in UK. My site has .com domain. This will make it legal as well as earnings? With company in UK I can get company bank account in my country, so will this earnings will be clear?

Of course I heard about Malta, Cyprus, but first option it too expensive, second - I heard there are problems with bank accounts.

Can I ask you for some advices about that UK company? Is this good idea? Or maybe this is critical idea? Hope this will attract couple of smart people from this forum.

The UK is quite welcoming to gambling-related companies as gambling is regulated over there.

I assume you're not a multi-million company. In that case, you will find difficulties opening a bank account if you're opening a bank account for your affiliate business somewhere else then the country you're living.

If promoting casinos in your country is illegal, it's still illegal if you're doing so with a UK company. Where your company is based, simply doesn't matter in that discussion.

Besides that, you'll face probably some tax issues if your company is UK, but you're not based over there. The UK won't care, but the country you're living in probably do.
