I have had in Uffiliates an account manager has the set from the beginning, my account wrong, it was a special promotion of the total bonus of the players retained from my account, this account by a defect of incompetent managers. Now I'm waiting since November 2009 on the payment of my affiliate revenue firmly pledged amounts were not paid my deals are all rev.share CPA thus no fraud or the like. The old affiliate manager is no longer in Uffiliates then reported to a new and this has now also done nothing and does not answer again. Remains to say that the biggest cheater in the Uffiliates affiliat providers, and are also still have a total incompetent affiliate team. I will now take further steps to stop this fraud. Does anyone have similar experiences?

If this involves the 'Caesars Casino Online' property, then you should get in touch with Harrah's Media/PR team to look into this for you. Harrah's is now keeping a watchful eye on this affiliate program since they have their branded name on the line there.

You can also contact me at the email address below. I can have a chat with the Uffiliates team if you give me proper stats and proof.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I wanted to publicly say that Uffiliates *may* be ripping me off as well.

Last week they finally converted one of my referrals to a real money player, but as of tonight, the player -- and the $1,609 I earned -- is missing from my stats.

Hopefully it's a simple weekend database glitch; I'll know for sure in a couple of days.

The player and the money are still missing from my stats. :(

I sent an email to Itamar at Uffiliates just now. I'll let you all know what he says.

Sorry for necro'ing an old thread, but I'm curious to know if this got resolved? I might have a similar problem :(

Ah, this is a blast from the past. ;D I had to search through some old emails to remember how this panned out....

To sum up -- we went back and forth for a bit, and eventually they agreed to pay me the $1,609. But for whatever reason, they ultimately only paid me $950, and the player was never returned to my stats.

Afterward, they had the gall to ask me for more exposure. :smellie_lol:

Thanks for that mate - appreciate it. So they basically admitted removing the player and still tried to stiff you?

Man these guys are a pain.

I added them on : Live Roulette Online - Live Casino Games created a new tracker and clicks have not been recorded.

They said that the player asked to have her account closed, which is when the money and player originally vanished. They claimed that they refunded her deposit. Then, she apparently asked to have her account reopened and 888 welcomed her back, but she never returned (according to them). The whole situation is very suspicious.

They did agree to pay me the $1,609, but after they promised that, they changed their mind and sent me only $950 without telling me they had changed their mind.

That just sounds odd - why would they return the deposit? Either the guys at uffiliates have been smoking something or something fishy is going on.

To be honest there are a lot of things i don't like about the 888 group. From being one of the biggest and most reputable gambling firms in the world in the mid 00's they rapidly fell from grace after 06. With the loss of their US revenue they started to look for reasons not to pay customers and lots of bonus abuse complaints started appearing. Since then they've remained a market force by dominating the affiliate market - and not in a good way. Just about every dodgy field from porn to illegal downloading sites has an 888 pop up now (ahem, not saying i would every visit such sites....) and i certainly don't take that to be a good sign.

Alongside all of this, whilst their casino software might have been good when it first came out now it's long out of date and imo is less likely to provide the playing expereince that will keep the players coming back.

Still waiting for a response from them, hopefully we can get some kind of resolution. In case they don't answer, does anyone have an email for someone at uffiliates that actually replies?

Also, has anyone tried promoting 888 on CPA through an affiliate network such as affiliate window? Had a quick look and there's £60 CPA in the casino - could be a safer way to go? I mean at least there'd be someone you can complain to if things smell fishy. ;)

Just had an email from my aff manager at 888 (didn't know I had one!) telling me that it was because the player self-excluded but he had manually added the rev share back onto my account for payment. Surprisingly quick and pleasant resolution!
