Hello AGD community,

Today we present to you the new real revenue share audit report for TrueFlip Affiliates.

They have TrueFlip Casino as their brand.

Affiliate Reporting Platform: Q

We deposited 0.002 via BTC, and took a welcome bonus of 150% up to 0.06 BTC.

Our funds with the welcome bonus were 0.005 BTC. The funds when playing slots were shown in Euros so our funds were €40,57. And we started playing slots:

Slot 3 End.jpg

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:

The shown deposit amount of €32.46 on the affiliate reporting platform is doubled. We contacted the affiliates and they advised that the issue is resolved and had no impact on other metrics GGR, NGR, Bonus Amount etc., and accordingly affiliates commissions.

For the deposit of 0.002 via BTC / €16.23 the Net Gaming Revenue was 6.54.
Our earnings should be 45% of NGR which is €2.94.

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 6.54/16.23= 40%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
  • 25% = 10.00%
  • 30% = 12.00%
  • 35% = 14.00%
  • 40% = 16.00%
  • 45% = 18.00%
*New Audit Report Results available here.

Oh wow that is bad, and no excuse, blatantly ripping us off. Had contact from these a few weeks back asking for increased exposure too.

Hello Affiliate Guard Dog Community!

We appreciate all your advice and remarks that make operators better including us.

We also confirm that there is quite a big bonus cost due to the 150% first deposit bonus and welcome pack in general and it might affect total revenue at the very beginning of cooperation. It was designed to attract new players and we all understand that real profit starts when users begin to deposit with real money. Usually, bonuses do not exceed 20% of the total GGR. In addition, most of the high rollers don't use bonuses at all.

As an operator who tend to comply with the affiliate market demand we promise to reconsider our NGR calculation formula and bonus policy asap in order to provide as much as possible opportunity for our partners to earn.

Regards,
Ksenia TrueFlip Affilaites

Aside for the cost of granting a "bonus" the full bonus money should never, ever be deducted as a loss, unless... the bonus is actually wagered in full, then withdrawn.

Seems these new 'white label' casinos are treating ALL bonuses as losses, whether a player withdrawals said bonus(s) or not.

EG:
  • Player-A deposits $100 and is granted a $150 bonus;
  • Player-A does not meet wagering of bonus, and loses the $150 bonus + the $100 deposit to casino.
  • The $150 bonus lost back to casino means, neither the casino nor the player is plus or minus $150;
  • Casino GGR = $100
Anything other than the above calculation screams affiliate scam... AKA fraud.

That is not always true. It depends on how the white label is set up. If they are paying fees or commissions to the supplier based on wagering/turnover then offering a bonus increases the turnover (and costs) even if it should be a net zero in an affiliate revenue calculation.

In the end I guess it doesn't really matter the reason why. If in reality you're only getting 40% of whatever your supposed revenue share rate is, then unless the program is 2.5x more profitable than everyone else you should move on elsewhere.
