It probably was a disgruntled employee who was about to lose his job. Even so, that type of talk is just plain rude and uncalled for.

It was an employee that knew he already lost hist job and perhaps will be even getting troubles too because of being involved in a criminal organization!

Who knows what sort of things this CSR and others have done/said/ or been party to as CSR's for Affactive casinos. Where does someone draw the line on what is acceptable work practices?

Most of the men and women have responsibilites, families etc. A little white lie here and there, no big deal. But pretty soon that line gets blurred and those white lies are turning into full-on-BS. Do they keep working for the company or resign?

Hard call when you have bills to pay and children to feed etc... Sounds to me like Daniel had some idea that players were being shafted in some way or other BUT he wasn't dealing with them face-2-face. They were merely numbers on a screen. Bit like a Military drone operator - a lot easier to push a button 5,000 Km away than pull a trigger and kill another human 300 metres away... just sayin!

Daniel left about 2 years ago.
He was a really good guy, working for a rotten organisation IMO.

When he was there, any problems I, or my players had were sorted quickly and fairly - after he left it all turned to shit... :(
