When i asked the m to explain the reason why they close my account they sent me the following e-mail:

Dear Sir,

Your net win for May was: -1807.01 Eur, we have therefore decided to stop our partnership.

Yes, they are allowed to do this as per their terms. However, their explanation is a joke and should warn any affiliate to not do business with them.

I told them that a negative balance is a potential positive balance next months but it seems their dissision is final.

Too sad, until now and for over 2 years,i had no problem with them. Now they are turning to scam.

Ok. I believed you had only signed up with them recently and May was your first month. Did you already have profit or loss with Tipico in the past?

Never heard of them but since you posted this I would never work with them either! Most programs have that term but I can say I have never seen a program use it like this before other then Expekt that is.....

I read the terms to most programs, but have relied on AFGD and CM etc to make the right choices. I don't recall this term tbh, might have skimmed it. Why is it in there? casinos don't want winning players? or is a ratio thing where by you don't have enough players signing up to be in a + situation?

Most of the companies have these terms, but as you can see they closed my account because only one month(May 2012) i had a negative RS.So what? Most possible is next month to regain the losses through new sign ups.I spent money to advertising my blogs(i need hits etc..) and they have to respect this...I brought them every month 10-15 active players and this is how they rewarded me...Really sucks..

Tipico are primarily focused on sportsbetting. I do not think they care much about the casino.

You can submit a complaint about their behavior at the LGA (lga.org.mt), but I honestly do not think it will help much. The LGA are a joke themselves.
