Tipbet bad terms and not paying

Last year I've promoted them a bit to try them out - but once a decent month (4 figures) came I only had 4 new regs and they refused to pay on behalf of:

"8.2 Minimum Referral Requirement

8.2.1 Our Affiliate partners need to bring a minimum of 5 new registrations each month. When the partners can not reach the minimum amount of 5 new registrations in the current month, their commissions will be pending and transfered to the next month. If the minimum amount of 5 registrations per month is not reached, the numbers of following 3 months' stats will be checked. If the minimum number of 5 registrations is not reached in any month, all gained amount will be lost and reset on the 4th month. If the partners reach the 5 new registrations in the following 5th month, the old revenue plan will be re-activated."


Also I'm still owed (small) payments of august 2019 and february 2020. Already send invoice and a reminder but received nothing.

Sorry to hear and absolutely rouge in my eyes. AGD should check the terms again and cick them into the rouge category.

You should also stay away from this program and search for better companies.

Agreed no AGD "certified program" free or paid sponsor should be permitted to have predatory/rogue terms. If a program that certified, then changes their T&C's which makes them predatory/rogue, then they either change back, or get kicked into the Doghouse.

Two possible scenarios...

1. These predatory terms were inserted after you (OP) signed up.
   
2. Th OP didn't read the T&C's before joining the TipBet aff program.

Hence some period between May 18'th 2019 and June 18'th 2019, Tipbet retroactively changed their T&C's. Most affiliate programs have the decency to advise about T&C changes, and also date said changes.

Seems Tipbet does neither. Instead, uses a Black Ops work ethic.

Does a certified AGD program who conducts itself in this rogue like manner, deserve to keep their certification? IMO... no.

Negative carry over and in addition an inactivity clause (each month 5 FTD's) are the worst terms i ever read. This should be for each partner a red cloth also if the terms was changed later.

Changing terms into bad one without informing existing partners is really bad trick and clearly with intention to defraud.

All these companies with shabby terms or with intention to have those terms one should ban and kick to the moon.

These are predatory terms. Tipbet went through the certification process 1 Sep 2018, so according to AussieDaes findings, 8.1 and 8.2 did not exist then.

All commissions I presume but even if u comply to these ridiculous terms (which were retroactivaly changed) they dont pay out either.

While it would be nice if Btting finally got some direct answers from TipBet Affiliate Program, the real problem is TipBet's totally silent. Almost a week has gone by since your last email to them, and not a peep from them.

All the while affiliates are having their rightful commissions hijacked by these crooks.

Not my site, not my call BUT if it was me, I'd be kicking them in the Doghouse, and advising them of such action. It's funny how quickly programs respond back, when their shifted to that place.
